We really enjoyed hearing the great hits and the energy the band showed as they got into the show. The drum solos spot was absolutely incredible. These guys are professionals. Well done. I would go again!!

It was a great two hours of real entertainment. The vocals along with such amazing instrumental - These guys are not young and can play far better than any new young guys out there. The drum solo was outstanding. Playing two hours non stop Would highly recommend anyone to see there show.

  • Chicago was solid two hour memorable show stopper.

Me and my wife Carrie totally enjoyed seeing Chicago at Casino Rama. It brought back a lot of past memories listening to Chicago on vinyl back in seventies . Woo I highly recommend see Chicago. Other than Peter Citara not being with the band for along time. The group goes all out to put on an excellent show.

  • Better than average

My wife could not tell that some of the songs were old favourites. the singer of several of the main Chicago hits had a very different presentation - that we did not really enjoy. But there were several others that were quite enjoyable. Well worth the price of admission.

  • Chicago inspired

The usual expectations with a concert at Casino Rama are usually"plan for the worst, hope for the best" as the venue's shortcomings and soulless abyss frequently overwhelm a performer's ability to hold an audience's attention for the full performance. However the performance by Chicago on Friday night overwhelmed and overcame the usual expectations created by the venue. Chicago turned in a performance that both delighted and excited usually stayed casino crowd and showed that age knows no limitations. Both James Pankow and Lee Laughnane showed that both still have the chops to wow an audience with their musical skills on the trombone and trumpet respectively,, and Robert Lamm, together with Jason Scheff and Lou Pardini trading off vocal performances, kept the audience singing along and asking for more, which is a rare occurrence at Casino Rama. Gosh darn it the band appeared to be having fun even though they settled into a lot of the clichés that performers fall into in their patter with the audience. The audience was treated to a strong selection of old favorites as well as the band's "David Foster era" hits which included many highlights such as Ballet for a Girl, a rocking cover of the Spencer Davis Group hit "I'm a Man", complete with an awesome drum solo, and the encore Free/25 or 6 to 4. This writer did not notice the usual exodus of fans departing early from the concert to hit the slot machines and in fact audience members seem to be transfixed by the performance that they were seeing. All in all on a performance basis rated out of five this concert rated a very strong and solid four stars.

Both my husband and I think the show was excellent from beginning to end. The show was on for two hours and we couldn't believe that much time had passed when it was over. It was everything we had looked forward to seeing.

We saw Chicago at Casino Rama on May 17,2013. They were awesome. They played all our favourites and more. The theater hall was packed and full of energy. They were not too loud so we were able to enjoy the music. Their performance was top notch!!!

Spectacular! Loved it! My favourite group of all time! I would recommend the younger generation to go and see them! They could learn from them. The musicians were so entertaining - all of them!

The band was awesome played two solid hours of great music. They were tight, looked like they were having fun and belted out all their hits. The venue is great, not a bad seat in the house and sound is awesome. I will certainly see more concerts there.

It was an incredible experience to be there with my girlfriend and listen to Chicago play the song that enabled me to let her know how I felt about her.

Chicago is always great- i am bias, they are my favorite group and have seen them many times over the years. The venue is great accoustically, but terrible for seating- I had 7 rows back center stage tickets which were great. However since it is a flat venue, like a banquet hall, all tickets are not that good Chicago has timeless music, they played all their old stuff , from CTA to the new stuff on later albums- they are accomplished muscians and very polished. Professionals from the get go-i am glad they came so close to me, and would see them every time they are around

  • Chicago rocked the house !

I like this band and I was happy to be able to see them live. I was not expecting the concert to be so much fun! It was a fantastic event. Their music is amazingly good even still.

I really enjoyed the horns throughout the show. Some of the voice sounds seemed garbbled to me & not understandable if you didn't know the lyrics.

  • Timeless sounds!

This was one of the best shows I have ever been to. It rivaled the Eagles last year and James Taylor a few years ago. Right from the opening song, the power of this band from the 70's was still there. The boys really seemed to enjoy each other's company and their energy flowed out into the crowd. They played for almost two full hours and I got my money's worth several times over. I could have done without the person sitting behind me who was more interested in having a conversation with the person next to her through the entire show!
