David Gray was amazing, the venue sold beer during the show and everyone was getting up during the songs. it was very distracting. i would not go back to the sony centre for the performing arts again, but i would definitely see David Gray again, he was fabulous.
I have not seen David Gray live since 2000! I don't know why, life just happens I guess. Loved him then and love him now. I am a big fan-have all the CDs. lol. I also turned quite a few people on to his music. The show in Toronto on 07th June 2019 was absolutely amazing!! He was just so spot on with his voice, his rapport with the audience and his band are so talented. I had so much fun. Celebrating a friend's birthday. He had never seen him and was thoroughly delighted and amazed as well.
We've seen David Gray 3 times now and he just gets better and better!! Fabulous performance!
The show was amazing. Great venue, enchanting opening act and David Gray is more magical live then I ever could have expected.
I loved this concert ! He gave it all non stop for hours with or without his band ! The crowd was singing along songs in the end and I wish he comes back to Toronto!! Perfect venue for this crowd .. though a second night would have allowed more fans to access his concert
We thought David Gray and his Band, did an awesome job bringing Toronto to it’s feet. His voice, instrumental talents and stage presence are very entertaining! The Sony Centre was the perfect venue, with it’s impressive acoustics and convenient location downtown Toronto. We’ve been listening to David Gray’s music for a long time, and his sound keeps getting better, like fine wine! T
Trying to find the appropriate words to describe how special this evening was. It was my 5th DG concert and this one was acoustic and just him. Don't know how he did it, struggling with a cold. He was loose, fun and nostalgic. His voice is one of my favourites by far and he never disappoints. LOVED every minute of the 2.5 hour evening. Great venue!
