Disney Presents The Lion King (Touring) Tickets

The show was absolutely amazing, I had an aisle seat on the main floor and all the cast in their costumes coming past in the aisle was awesome. I loved the songs, actually tempted to sing along to a few of them! If you're thinking of seeing this show, don't think, go and see it! I'm looking at getting tickets again before it leaves town, it's that good!

By the time you identify all the animals as they come out in their amazing costumes, the ensemble is in full swing + voice...music swaying and drums playing. You can't help but tap your feet and bounce your shoulders to the rhythm of the music. Elton John's very recognizable style is delightful and as the story progresses so do the changes in the music. The sad and the scary parts were even bolder; young children climbed into parent's laps and hung on for dear life, but couldn't help staring at the stage...what will happen next! It was a wonderful, live experience for all.

Wonderful music, amazing costumes and puppetry. Strong voices

I took an eight year old and other relatives. Our attention never wavered through out the entire performance. The 'puppets', staging, speaking parts, music, costume, every part was just fantastic. We're still talking about what a great experience the performance was for us.

Watched with a 4 year old and she and I loved it very much. The actor who played Scar was great! He captured Scar perfectly. Wonderful performance for all.

This was the second time my son and I went to the Lion King at the Calgary Jubilee Theatre. Both of us were very impressed just as much the second time as the first. It is a wonderful show, very creative, fabulous songs and a great story. The actors and actresses were fabulous and what makes it even more enjoyable is to see the smiling faces on the actors and actresses as they sing. The child actors were extra special and extremely talented. They are all obviously enjoying what they do. It is the best Musical I have ever attended and I will go next time if it comes back to Calgary. Thank you to all involved.

My son and I went to this performance on Friday night past and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this to everyone, and have already convinced a few people to go see it while it is still here in Calgary.

This show was amazing. This is the first time I had been in the Jubilee Auditorium and it was awesome. Comfortable seats, fair amount of leg room.

The show was very well done. The children were engaged in the performance at all times. I liked the way that all areas of the theatre were utilized at times (e.g. aisles)

Just to let you know that the play was mumfled in some part of the talking making it hard to hear from the second balcony

We saw Lion King at Jubilee on Friday last week. With the hype created by the adds I expected more. The acting was ok, the singing sometimes great sometimes ok. Best part for me was the décor, it was wonderful, the props for the animals imaginative, fantastic actually. being from Africa, the music made up for the other shortcomings. Overall an enjoyable evening.

My son wanted tickets to the Lion King for his 11th birthday - we all went as a family and everyone loved the show. My 6 year old daughter looked like she'd won the lottery watching all the animals. I saw this show in Toronto almost 15 years ago and I enjoyed it even more the second time. A definite must see!

We sat close enough to see the beautiful costumes! A lovely performance, beautiful singing, beautiful costumes, and the story, with the addition of the frozen reference was humorous. Thank you for the opportunity to share this with my two senior parents! Simply delightful! C

we took 3 grand daughters (ages 10 -16) to the show and it was awesome!! They could not stop talking about it. it was so well put together , the costumes and sets were absolutely incredible!! Thank you for bringing it out.
