  • Heckler killed the vibe

by FeistFan on 2024-03-06Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

A fan in the VIP section felt entitled to sing loudly along to a quiet acoustic set -- I could hear her from the balcony. Then she proceeded to tell Feist factoids about herself, such as her birthday. It was infuriating and really seemed to throw off a lot of things. I wish security would have stepped in. Very disappointing show.

  • Feist was great, next level

She put on an awesome performance that was totally engaging and sang beautifully.

She is the master! True artist. A beautiful singer, poet and a great performer. The whole show was so entertaining and engaging, the way she demands attention and controls the room was truly touching. The artistic direction of the show, the solo act followed by the band was magnificent. One my best ever.

Electric, nostalgic and grabbing. An incredible night spent with Feist of 2.5 hours. What a gift.

  • What an Amazing Performance!

    by Tim W on 2024-02-17Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

So much more than a concert, just an incredible performance. Where music meets visual art. You can't say enough about Leslie's voice and the music but the whole experience was amazing, and what a fantastic venue for it!

  • Immersive art in the form of music

  • Once in a lifetime

by Alex on 2024-02-16Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

It's not very often you experience a show as intimate as this one. Feist's ability to connect with the crowd was matched by the set design and story telling of the show. It felt so personal and special. I feel so lucky to have seen this show.

  • Very intimate concert

Feist was so vulnerable and exciting ……great concert.

  • Incredible show and artistic feat

by long time Feist fan on 2024-02-15Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

I've been a long time fan of Feist, but hadn't seen her perform live for about 20 years. Her show decades before had been very memorable and left an impression on younger me. In anticipation of this most recent show, I had high expectations and wondered what would be new/different this time around. She blew my expectations out of the water. She took the audience along on an artistic journey through her songs, poetry, and some very clever and engaging audio-visual wizardry. I love her ability to weave together songs through stories and intimate banter with the crowd. You felt special being there with her and the rest of the audience, like we were all in this magical shared experience. I will remember that show for the rest of my life.

  • Must see

by NT on 2024-02-15Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve seen Feist a couple of times and she always puts on a great show. This was something I’ve never seen before in a small Venue like the commodore. Can’t say too much without giving it away

  • Reserved Upstairs seats for ghosts?!

by Heskenabc on 2023-05-29MTELUS - MontrealRating: 5 out of 5

Despite it was a really interesting and well-prepared concert of a talented artiste, the concert venue kept empty seats on the upstairs levels that allows no regular audiences. So what’s the fuss was all about, to creat crowd downstairs for a mise-en-scene effect? What on earth the organizer naively believes that all audiences like to be near the stage during any indoor concerts? Besides, the first few front rows upstairs have reserved for guests audiences and I doubt that any of these v.i.p. have paid $$ themselves for this concert! How unthoughtful to mange spaces in such a disrespectful method and harmed the comfort of the regular concert-goers by unexplained interdiction of seats occupations! Honestly, I’d rather travel to another location to see this artist at a different venue. Lack of consideration for publics created a strange atmosphere here.

too good to be true She started in solo and then the whole place caught the vivid vibes of joy...from rock to folk with brillant forrays into electronica and savant arrangements with amazing topnotch musicians

  • Wonderful surprise

by DaveB on 2023-05-22History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Don’t hate me, Feist fans, but my expectations were middling at best. I know she’s a talent, I’ve got some stuff, but I mostly got tickets cuz I had first crack, the venue is handy and the timing was good. But from the minute she came out, walking through the crowd to a little stage in the centre, chatting casually and joking before playing a note, it was clear it was going to be special. She played an hour solo acoustic, accompanied only by the crowd on harmony vocals, using her guitar and looped vocals to maximum, spine tingling effect. Also super creative use of the crowd, her mobile and a few other tricks I won’t spoil to elevate the experience. I would have been thrilled with the experience if she had left it to solo acoustic, but she didn’t and used more surprises to transcend that in a way that completely pleased the crowd. It was fantastic. I’ll try to never miss another chance to see her. That good.

  • Transcended to Niravna

by EvyStark on 2023-05-21History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Feist gives a glimpse into her creative soul and shows how impossible can become possible. How hard work and imagination can create realities. This show was an immersive dive into her musical ingenuity and artistry. The music born from her experiences is as much a catharsis for herself as it is to her audience. Her genius is on full display. As always, Feist is magical.

  • Incredible

by Andrew on 2023-05-21History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Probably the best concert I’ve ever been to. So interactive and unique, and amazing vocals.

  • AMAZING !!! Love everything about it

by NG on 2023-05-21History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The first part with the platform in the middle made it feel very intimate. Beautiful sound and lights, loved the use of technology. Just amazing! Criticism is more to the crowd - felt a bit dead to me

  • Excellent as always, but security was slow

by Ethan on 2023-05-21History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Fiest was an incredible performer and the sound was top notch, but as usual History had really slow security which slowed down entry for everyone. If you need to treat every event like entering a courthouse then getting more plastic bins so that next person can get their pockets emptied while the person who has gone through security is putting their wallet and phone back into their hands would help.

  • An amazing re-introduction to live music

by Robyn on 2021-11-07Backstage @ Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Feist is extremely talented and I knew to expect great things from the show. I was not disappointed. The way she managed to completely fill the space with sound was remarkable. I love the new songs. A once-in-a-lifetime show.

  • Completely mesmerizing!

by Alina on 2021-11-04Backstage @ Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Feist and the team - that put together and run the show Multitudes - behind the Scenes at Meridian Hall - were amazing! Soul touching - trough the sound, the lyrics, the audio-video projection, intimate, (yet totally Covid protocol compliant :)! A true authentic artistry supported & embuyed by young, innovatory techniques, that completely transferred a nostalgic, yet deeply optimistic sentiment of priorities realignment; for a pandemic or post pandemic life. Loved it! Thank you Feist & Co.
