  • Fleetwood Mac was great

by Redcloud on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Wow what a show! Their performance was great! I mean each and every one did a great job, I was impressed. John's Mc Vie's sound was so in sync with all performers, of course why wouldn't it be eh. Mick, WOW always been a big fan! He's was amazing. Stevie, good job but sure did miss the old voice she once had. : ( And Lindsey B. Wooo hoo! He rocked us with his riveting & haunting at times guitar rips, Yes LB was the big hit for sure. One person I REALLY did miss is the wonderful sound of Christine Mc Vie, I so missed her vocals and piano playing, she definitely was/is an asset to the Fleetwood Mac team. I truly missed what Christine brings to my all time favorite rock an roll group. All in all the show was a hit.

  • Fleetwood Mac was SO good!

Fleetwood Mac is my all time favourite band! I was so impressed by their talent! They've still go it! Still rocking it hard! A little slower, but still amazing!

  • FLEETWOOD MAC ROCKS!

by nick on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

I had been waiting years for Fleetwood Mac to tour again, not ever sure if they would tour again, so when I heard they were touring, without hesitation bought the best tickets that were available and I was not disappointed! Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham really put on a good show, you could feel the emotion between the two, and they even shared a brief yet endearing moment onstage, with arms around each other. I would have loved it if Christine McVie was still with the band, but I couldn't have asked for more, they played all their standard hits, plus a few of their lesser known hits. Stevie even sang Say You Love Me which is a Christine McVie song, so that was a bonus, and the encore, Stevie filled in again for Christine in Don't Stop.

  • Missed Christie

by ajkrajew on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 3 out of 5

buckingham stole the entire show he should ditch stevie nicks and replace her they could still go on forever, she never showed any energy like she wanted to go home overall good show

  • Fleetwood Mac......everything and more!

by Sockeyesushi on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

I have been a fan of Fleetwood Mac since 1977. When I heard they were coming to town, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be going. It was a little disappointing that Christine McVie would not be on this tour, but all in all, FM was AWESOME.

  • Fleetwood Mac was the very best

by momma on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

I took my daughterinlaw, a whole generation younger than I, and we both thought it was one of the best events we'd been to.

  • Fleetwood Mac was unforgettable!!!

    by FleetwoodMacFan123 on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

We've been a fan of Fleetwood Mac for years and finally got to go see them in concert. It was an amazing night... they were great as usual. This is the one and only band we could listen to and never get sick of them... every song is great and unforgettable. We love them and always will. Looking forward to seeing Fleetwood Mac again in concert!!!

  • Return of the Mac

by Shauco on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Say what you will about cash-in reunions, to see some legends share a stage for what may be the last time cannot be taken lightly. Fleetwood Mac's classic "Rumours" line up weren't out to bemuse gig goers with a string of rare obscurities, but gave their fans real value for money by playing over two hours of their most well loved hits. Ignore the silly moments when Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks pretend to like each other and concentrate on the sheer entertainment of some of the best songs of our time. Throw in dazzling guitar solos from Buckingham and an amazing drum solo from Mick Fleetwood and you have one of the best gigs I've been to (and I've been to lots). I've already recommended to my Irish friends to see them in Dublin this winter.

  • Stevie Nicks

by Carcar on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Stevie Nicks voice is just as amazing live as it is on CD's. Even though she was apparently sick beforehand, she did not disappoint. Loved it!

  • Still got the touch

by Griff on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

The band is as tight as it is when i saw them in the 70s ,Great selection of old hits and Stevie Nicks voice was awesome even though she had to cancel two previous concerts. Was a real time tunnel .I check out a good number of oldies cocerts and Fleetwood mack still have it!!

  • FLEETWOOD MAC

by milpup on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

VERY GOOD SHOW. LINDSAY BUCKINGHAM WAS AMAZING. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THAT STEVIE NICKS HAD A SORE THROAT AND COULD NOT BELT IT OUT BUT WE STILL ENJOYED IT THOROUGHLY.

  • Awesome Unleashed.

by sundowner on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Fleetwood Mac were as good as ever. A night of the bands favorite songs, had everyone in the house singing along. The band seemed to feed off the energy, turning the event into more of a party than concert. Young and Seaoned fans alike rocked all night. Fleetwood Mac still Rocking. Looking forward with anticipation to the new album.

  • Time Tested Talent Overtakes Modern Rockers!

by VWfreakN on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Go back 30 years and as a boy "Fleetwood Mac" did not mean McDonalds, it was a sounf that you heard from your custom car or van stereo system, cruisin the late night street, makin memories and singin along! Thats what Fleetwood Mac mean't to me and all my friends, there was a groove that caught hold of you, a defining sound that made you listen again & again, it was the sound of your soul to Rockers. Well I gotta admit I was hoping for something close to what I listened to as a teen and really thought that they couldn't bring it back into my heart in person, but I would be lying, plain and simple, those guys and gals put on a show to remember, the drummin by Mac and his crazy faces..superb, long hair and a deep rooted rock soul....we all know who I am talkin about...Rock Deva, then came the guitar solos....standing crowds, applause that seemed to go on forever....thank you that was the best I have seen in my life....to have them in Vancouver was sheer energy. They came they saw and the conquered..would go to the show again and again, it like our favorite songs sung to us through time. Thank You all for coming to Canada, getting together and sharing an amazing moment in music history, forever a fan!! Troy & Kathy

  • Loved it

by Selena on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

The show was very interactive, they always introduced the songs with a little story. They gave off a really warn vibe, even though Stevie was sick you could tell that she loved preforming and giving it her all. It was freakin awesome, Im so happy I got to see them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fleetwood Mac was spectacular

Got great seats beside the stag. Was an evening to remember.

  • Experience of a lifetime!

by Googlyeyes on 2009-07-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Fleetwood Mac was the most amazing concert I have ever been to see! I can't believe they are still rocking out and would gladly go see them again!

  • Fleetwood Mac lack energy

by theram on 2009-07-11General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 3 out of 5

Stevie Nicks voice was off but I guess she had a cold since she had to cancel some concerts. I miss Christine Mcvie's voice on some songs and the songs that she did herself which they didn't play. Too much time off between songs and Lindsay and Stevie didn't move around much. But his guitar playing was excellent.

  • Excellent!

by Ross on 2009-07-11General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Fantastic concert taking into account their age and lack of Christie McVie!
