Heart formed in Seattle, Washington in 1973 and have rocked on through the years under the sibling core of Ann and Nancy Wilson. The group has released 16 studio albums, hitting the Top 10 seven times and topping the Billboard 200 with 1985’s Heart. The band have sold nearly 35 million albums worldwide. Early rock staples such as “Crazy on You,” "Barracuda” and “Magic Man” gave way to greater mainstream success in the ’80s with the group’s first Hot 100 chart-toppers, "These Dreams" in 1986 and "Alone” in 1987. Despite developing their own solo careers after their first hiatus in 1995, the Wilson sisters have reunited as Heart several times. In 2013, Heart was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The band have received four career Grammy nominations and received The Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023.

Loud but EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a voice, what a sound, what a song-list, what a performance! We first saw Heart 31 years ago and these gals have still got it - in spades. The voices are as strong as ever, the harmonies, amazing - a great rocking show and the crowd were with them all the way from start to finish.
This was a competent if unspectacular show. Ann Wilson sang like she did in the 1970's and Nancy Wilson does not seem to have aged a day. There were a few negatives, however. There was not much in the way of special effects of any kind and a bit more of that would have helped. Ann Wilson's haircut and outfit made me think of Rosanne Barr - not a good image for a rock singer, female or male, and a difficult thing for even Wilson's voice to overcome. There were a number of songs from the new album which did not do anything for me. The biggest drawback for me was a group of three or four women sitting directly behind me who drank heavily and shouted jokes to each other throughout the performance. I do not blame the band for that, of course, but it would be nice if the facility staff could do a bit more to curb that sort of behaviour. That all said, the ticket prices were reasonable and the show certainly worth the money.
Ann & Nancy ROCK!! Awesome voice, awesome music, loved the girl on the keyboard..had a terrific time!!
I've been a Heart fan since the mid 70's. These ladies of rock haven't lost a beat. Ann Wilson delivered a powerful performance that makes you wonder how she maintains her voice. Nancy was electrifying on guitar with good lead accompanyment. They played for 2 hours with three encores. The show had a good blend of new and old, giving a history of their career and the addition of 'fresh air' doing other amazing rock renditions.
The Wilson ladies still know how to put on a great show! Ann's vocals are completely amazing and a must-see! Nancy is always awesome at both vocals and talented guitar-playing. This is the second time we see them live in Winnipeg and we have absolutely no regrets. It was a great show for the mixed crowd in attendance.... a great show for both young and old!
We had a awsome time at heart. I saw them 20 years ago and they haven't changed a bit. GREAT SHOW!!
absolutely amazing performance would love to see the again
Awesome show. what a voice that gal has! Heard everything I wanted to hear.
Ann and Nancy Wilson rocked Winnipeg on Feb 17th with 'true Heart'. They sang us all of our old favorites, introduced us to new writing, and playfully bantered with the enthusiastic crowd at the MTS Centre. This six member band sounded better than I remember from the early days with a tone, voice quality and style that was unforgettable. Ann Wilson meets the audience with a grounded confidence and earthy stage presence that is an inspiration and Nancy plays guitar and plays the stage with frisky intelligence and fun. Ann hit all the familiar high notes without hesitation and took obvious joy in the reactions of her fans. Their genuine enthusiasm and generosity was noted and appreciated. They returned for a second encore with grace and willingness, minus the arrogance we might see at this stage in a long, successful rock career. Heart brings talent, stability and guts to an industry that sometimes lacks in these areas. I felt proud as they confidently managed their songbook and the audience with energy, tenderness and grit. My fan club membership is renewed....Heart Rocks!
Was disappointed that they did not sing more of their hit songs that are more popular. And one of the very few hit songs they did sing they added acoustic which did not sound better than the original.
WOW! That;s the only way can I can think to describe the Wilson sisters. WOW! This is one of the best concerts I have ever been to. It was also a favorite of my husband who introduced me to their music 27 years ago. I know had he been alive he would have loved it as much as I did.
HAVE SEEN THEM PREFORM 21 TIMES NOW AND THE SHOW IS ALWAYS FANTASTIC
These woman still have it ! I wasn't too excited about the music from their newest album but when the oldies were rocked out, AMAZING.
I started listening to Heart early to mid 80's and thoroughly enjoyed listening to them on the radio. I know i am dating myself but started collecting their cassette tapes i liked them so much. Feb 18 ,2011 was my first time seeing them live. Wow! Very happy to hear they havent lost anything on vocals, or overall sound after all these years. The band is still amazing when either Ann or Nancy is on lead vocals or backing each other. There will never be such an amazing combination similar to Ann's powerful voice and Nancy's softer tones. They still compliment each other very well! Definitely in a class all their own. I would see them again in a "Heart"beat.
great show a must see truly canadian icons!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't seen Ann Wilson that motivated for a while. She belted out the new tunes. The band was definitely into the show and proud to be doing JUST a Canadian tour!
Heart at Massey Hall was one of the best concerts I have attended. From start to finish the show was energetic and fast-paced. Ann Wilson is still an amazing singer and front-woman for the band. The rest of the band did an excellent job backing her up. We enjoyed the show very much, it was fantastic. I would recommend anyone, young or old, go see HEART.
Heart rocked the house! They played all the old favourites, and some great new favorites too. Please come back to Toronto soon. :)
Ann's voice is amazing! She's still got it & Nancy is amazing as well!! It was a great girl's night out. Definetly would do it again!! :)
