LL COOL J is a two-time Grammy Award-winning hip-hop icon whose trailblazing career is singular in its longevity and accolades: 2021 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, millions of albums sold, the first rapper to receive a Kennedy Center Honor, successful actor and author, NAACP Image Award winner, co-founder/CEO of the Rock The Bells hip-hop festival and so much more. LL COOL J exploded onto the scene in the 1980s with pioneering hit singles like the rap-rock hybrid “Rock the Bells” and beatbox classics like “I Need a Beat” and “I Need Love.” The rapper’s confrontational, occasionally romantic lyricism would propel the genre to new heights on 1990’s multi-platinum Mama Said Knock You Out. Considered one of rap’s first superstars, LL COOL J has performed on sold-out tours with legends like Run-D.M.C., Janet Jackson and the Beastie Boys.

Decent solid show. Great atmosphere. I enjoyed all performances, especially jadakiss and queen latifah
One amazing night, celebrating Hip Hop with some of the best artist to do it. Floor seats are the way to go for an event like this. The sound and visuals were fantastic!!! They only negative for me was the concert merchandise was hoping for better gear.
Possibly the dopest hip hop show I have attend. All the Kings & Queens brought it hard. The energy on stage exuded through the whole crowd
LL still amazing, a true artist, he give his all and it shows! I loved the concert all artist are a real tribute to the art of Hip Hop I'm glad was there to see it.
It was such a great vibe and there was so much talent on stage.
LLCoolJ did it up! He brought an ol stool NYC hip hop party to Toronto! Best concert I've been to. An icon celebrating and honoring a social movement (ie the birth of hip hop). I grew up with hip hop. Thank you to LL for bringing the band, crazy amazing DJs and other hip hop artists to the T dot. The energy was palpable and you could hear everyone singing along. What a great vibe. LLs passion for the music resounded above all else. Much love to all the performers....you represented well. Rock the bells!
I invited a dear friend that would appreciate LL Cool J's in concert. We both had the best time ever. LL has been my #1 since day 1, and my best friend's #1 is Queen Latifah since day 1. So it was the best surprise ever and the ultimate concert ever! Sound was amazing and the light show was fantastic
Performance was amazing!! Security was terrible at Scotiabank Arena or at minimum their policies!! My group was asked to leave during the concert because apparently another group of women reported we intimidated them. We had zero interaction with anyone. Just enjoying the fantastic concert and had to leave early. Complaining group scored our seats...we are not impressed 🙄
One of the best concerts ever! My husband and I danced from beginning to end!! LL, Queen Latifah, Monie Love, Jazzy Jeff… incredible!!!
Concert was a great time, Quest was on!!! LL was as expected!!!!
Best show I have ever been too for Hip Hop All the artist performed with such talent and they all were true to their craft. Everyone in the crowd was so into the show and it just took me back to when I was younger and the first time I heard these tracks. I have seen Jadakiss twice before and he never disappoints as he is phenomenal to watch live. The original sound and the instrumental was beyond and I loved the authenticity of the DJ’s scratching records. LL Cool J was incredible and it was nostalgic to watch Queen Latifah and Monie Love perform together. The Roots were something else as they are the musical geniuses. Such a one in a life time experience.
It’s always a pleasure seeing LL in his element. He is the G.O.A.T! That concert had me on feet from start to finish. Latifah, The Roots, Jadakiss, Z-Trip, DJ Jazzy Jeff. Everyone rocked it! It is a must see. I liked it so much that I bought tix to the Boston show.
He's hot at any age!!! Super good stamina....was k8nda fuzzy sometimes cuz it was so loud
What a show ! Pure energy from start to finish. Amazing performances by all LL Cool J, Queen Latifa, the roots and more Absolutely fantastic. What a trip down memory lane .. Do not miss this show!!.we were front centre floors row 5. The house was packed and jumping
Absolute amazing and best concert ever. My sister and I had floor seats and show was spectacular. We had good food and drinks. Everything about it was phenomenal. It was very memorable and brought back to the 80’ and 90’s growing up in TO. Thank you!
LL cool J and the entire list of legends was 🔥 Show was good vibez and good times !
I was lucky enough to get front row seats and the concert was absolutely amazing! The Roots set the tone, DJ Z Trip killed it on the decks, loved Queen Latifah and LL proved he is still the G.O.A.T. Seen him 3 times now and his energy is insane. My only complaint is he wore a tshirt and not a tank top (I wanted to see his arms the whole concert lol)
Only issue we left theough the wrong door and I was explaining to the security guard. But she said she cant help me. So I ended up getting lost outside took 30mins to find where I parked. I just think they need to have a bit more compassion for people. They could have let me come back in search me if necessary so that I could have remembered how I got in. The crowd and such eas a bit overwhelming. Just sucks that security was not helpful.
LL Cool J has been on my bucket list/vision board for years. Queen Latifah, Monie Love, Jadakiss, The Roots, DJ Jazzy Jeff and DJ Tripp just made it even better. Concert was moved up two months because LL wanted the production to be the way he wanted it. Was hard on the pocketbook travelling from Nova Scotia and changing flights and hotels but was worth it. Love that he told the audience he felt he owed this one to his fans as hip hop was his first love. What a way to celebrate 50 years of Hip Hop!
Ll Cool J, Queen Latifah, Dj Jazzy Jeff, The Roots, Jadakiss, pit on an amazing show! It brought me back to my high school days!!!! It was go, go, go, from beginning to end and they had all 13 of us (large group) jumping, dancing and singing along to every word! What a night!
