    Moscow Russian Ballet Nut Cracker

by Blinds on 2013-11-18Interior Savings Centre - Kamloops

I was extremely disapponted in the performance. For the price of the ticket I thought the production should have bee more professional. The dancers were not co-ordinated in their movements and they seemd to dance over to the right of the stage so we missed a lot. There was only one set change and very few costurm changes. I have talked to other people who also were very disappointed in it.

Name of the show was great

by WARMAC on 2013-11-18Interior Savings Centre - Kamloops

The event was held in a hockey arena instead of the beautiful theatre downtown. They couldn't be bothered to even announce the introduction. We left at intermission

    Moscow Ballet's Nutcracker was Outstanding!

by MyasDogMom on 2012-12-05The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

My husband and I brought our nearly 4 year old to see the Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker. It was our Christmas gift to each other as a family. It was well worth it. Our daughter loved every moment, as did we. She especially got a kick out of the second act. The performers are amazing. It is a must see for the entire family.

    average production

by mommy12 on 2012-12-04The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

I have seen much better productions of the Nutcracker. The backdrops were almost childish, the dance sequences did not have enough dancers in them, and there were no special effects at all. The performers themselves, were of course, very good. Costumes were not particularly lavish. I wonder if the lack of proper onstage flooring affected the shortness of the dance sequences.

    Amazing show!

It was excellent performance. The level of professionalism is at the top of my charts. Russian school of ballet is the best. We enjoyed every minute of the show.

    Moscow Nutcracker Artistic Accomplishment

by Fairyduster on 2012-12-02The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

So much talent. Proof that hard work and practise pay off. Truly impressed by the talent. Costumes were lovely. Never paid much attention to background "animals" in a performance of The Nutcracker before, but these characters were a humorous and delightful touch.

I just did not think they had their best ballet performers at this particular event. I did find it a bit boring, sorry

My wife and my 4 year old son went to see it. The presentation was fantastic with lots of dancing as well as great costumes and visual effects to keep children interested. There was even some humour so all are well entertained. Bravo!

The show was enjoyable but not outstanding. The dancing was fine. The set and costumes were lacking. Overall a fine show.

    Moscow ballet enjoyable.

I was disappointed that there was no program booklet to go along with the show so that my children, who had never seen the show, could understand the story line. The story line was more subtle in this production than in ones I have seen previously. The dancers were superb and we did enjoy the show
