Danko Jones should have been on later in the day as he was fabulous. He energized everyone and was one of the few acts to acknowledge the crowd and interact with them. Godsmack was ( as expected ) great and really rocked the stadium.
Crash karma was high energy, best band yet, everybody had a great time no fighting and was a great day overall
I had the best time. Each band was awesome and put on a great show! Everyone was friendly and polite even in the mosh pit, if you were pushed there was a 'hope you are ok', if someone fell, someone else pulled them up super fast.... A great rock event! Winnipeg should be proud!!!
Every single band kicked ass! I was right in the middle of the mosh pit and it was great. Three Days Grace was probably my favorite but only because they are one of my favorite bands to begin with. Danko Jones, Crash Karma, Finger Eleven, Buckcherry and Godsmack rocked it out hard and the energy in the venue was like nothing I ever experienced before. It's events like this one that remind me exactly why I'm a rock fan.
Rock on the range in winnipeg was freaking amazing. the only problem was that i bought my tickets hoping to see A day to remember but they werent there. Buckcherry and Three days grace were epic so was moshing

Outside concerts have a different atmosphere - being it was a hot day, having a water tent was awesome! the bands were great - alternating from stage to stage, having constant entertainment all the time!!!
very long day, not the greatest bands. not worth $80.
What an amazing day. Great bands all the way through with the exception of Stone Temple Pilots who looked like they were there only to collect the cheque and unfortunately didn't engage the audience at all. Danko Jones, Airbourne, Three Days Grace, Godsmack, the Trews, and all the others were very grateful to be there and playing in front of such a large crowd and put on great live shows and earned my admiration. I was a bit disappointed in Crash Karma since they looked like they were trying too hard. The crowd was great and it's wonderful to see that Winnipeg is such a musical hub. Thanks to power97 for putting this on!!
I have been to every ROTR and they all rocked!!! Every year is better than the last. Where else can you see two 11 hour days of rock for $100. If you love rock, you will love ROTR!
