    Loved Airbourne

by Anonymous on 2010-08-12Canad Inns Stadium - Winnipeg

Airbourne was my favorite act. Loved the music and energy they brought, I would loved to seen them on stage alot longer. Loved Godsmack too. Stone Temple Pilots were great as well as Buck Cherry. Liked 3 Days Grace and the Trews too.

    Awesome Show

by Sctt on 2010-08-11Canad Inns Stadium - Winnipeg

The show was a huge success. Went VIP and was more than pleased with the VIP services. Along with that, the weather was great and the show planners did a great job keeping things going all day long with very little delay between bands on stage. Oh, and Godsmack live was one of the sweetest things to ever go see. I'll be going back next year!

    Rock on the Range: B-

by moosepeg on 2010-08-09Canad Inns Stadium - Winnipeg

Rock on the Range 2010 was a great event and a very good lineup, and much better than the 2009 lineup. However, some of the draw backs were the huge lines for beer, the one drink limit, as well as the main stage location. The main stage would be much better if it was left in the northwest corner of the stadium where it was in 2009. Canad Inns didn't seem prepared for an event such as this one.

Loved Buckcherry, Josh Todd is HOTT!

by Kerriedoubled on 2010-08-09Canad Inns Stadium - Winnipeg

Overall the event was a great time had by all in our group! The only thing I hated was the lineups at the liquor vendors and the fact that the slushie machine couldn't keep up with the drinkers. I would recommend like the old day concerts at the stadium where there are liqour vendors on the field too or more of them anywhere cause the lineups were freaking crazy and you missed half the show waiting in line ups. At least if they had them on the field then you wouldn't miss a thing. Had a blast and can't wait til next year! Way to go Winnipeg for putting on an awesome show.

Why didn't I go to this the first year?? Awesome!

by Lilla on 2010-08-09Canad Inns Stadium - Winnipeg

This was a fantastic event. All the bands were good, especially Godsmack and Stone Temple Pilots. There were two stages, which kept a little variety in the mix, and alcohol stands in every direction! The only problem was that you were only allowed to buy one drink at a time, which made things frustrating because with the lines as long as they were, you pretty much had to buy a drink, go to the end of the line, and by the time you got up front again you were finished your drink! That was my only real issue with the event, and I think either relaxing on the 'one drink per person' rule, or doing something about decreasing line wait time would be in their best interest. Not everyone who drinks is going to be a drunk idiot. However, the whole experience was great; you couldn't have asked for better weather, awesome bands, and good people. Definitely going to be a yearly event for me!

    ROTR= Cool

by Kyzzer19 on 2010-08-08Canad Inns Stadium - Winnipeg

Rock on the Range was pretty good. A little disappointed in the line up. Lots of changes were made, a few bands were advertised as coming and were not in the line up, but all in all it was a pretty good show. Would go again.

by shansala on 2010-08-08Canad Inns Stadium - Winnipeg

Every band that i saw there was amazing! I have seen Buckcherry many times and they seem to only get better. Stone Temple Pilots put on an amazing show. Far surpassed my expectations.

Another great year at Rock on the Range. Amazing Bands and wonderful crowds. The performances went really well and there rarely was a break in the music (until the end of course when two bands share a stage right after one-another). I found that the music headed in a more hard-rock fashion but had some lighter or more mainstream rock bands playing. Domenica, Finger Eleven and Three Days Grace all put forth amazing performances.

    Could have been better

by Carrot17 on 2010-08-08Canad Inns Stadium - Winnipeg

Although the lineup was decent, it could have been better. It would have been nice to see more bands that we don't see one or more times a year as it is. Buckcherry, Three Days Grace are two examples of bands that we see at least once a year and it gets a little tiring. Why couldn't we see more of the bands that the states got to see in their ROTR show like Limp Bizkit, Killswitch Engage, Rob Zombie and Papa Roach?? I just hope that the selection is more entertaining and new next year.
