Everything was Super Natural and it doesn’t get better than that.

  • Carlos Santana

by Photopunks on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

It was really a great show (never been a big fan of the Doobie Brothers though, but they were good) . The only complaint I have is the cost of the food and drinks. Very expensive. And not really very good.

  • Amazing line-up, great show, great venue

Loved Carlos’s message and call for peace, acceptance and love. ❤️

  • Just Great Music!

by Mammagmac on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Great night under the stars listening to fabulous tunes. The Doobie Brothers opened the show to a pretty full house and played all thier hits. To improve on this I would have like to see the big screens operating with a view of the band instead of just thier name. However, what an amazing opening band. Santana just played as Carlos does and its just a great musical experience. His band is tight and the singers have amazing voices and should be solo artists in thier own right. The crowd was on thier feet throughout the evening and it would have been a great night to have a dancefloor! At 72 years of age Carlos redefines the vision of a senior citizen. How does he do it? Keep playing Carlos. We all loved it.

  • Powerful and energetic show.

What a great experience. The Doobie Brothers showed that they are still a powerful act. As for Santana,, that was spectacular. The energy and the passion were infectious. The venue itself was wonderful. There is something special about open-air concerts.

  • All around great concert!!

Not a thing could be changed for a better time. Just great. Off the planet great.

  • The true definition of a concert

by Nati on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The Carlos Santana concert was one of the best concerts I have attended so far. Santana and his band created an amazing vibe throughout with almost everyone constantly on their feet dancing to the rhythm of his music. Everyone I walked by had a constant smile on their face. Cindy Blackman Santana was outstanding and her solo gave me goosebumps. A phenomenal show and I would definitely go see him again.

  • Fabulous show! Great sound! Amazing female drummer!

    by S. D. on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Santana was amazing! The Doobie Brothers, not so much. The sound quality was poor. They choose to play to much filler and not enough of they’re hits. I loved them in their day and now, but unfortunately, they’re show was sub par.

  • Best Outdoor Concert in a Long Time

by Laidback on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Great concert tour to celebrate 50th Anniversary of Santana’s Woodstock debut performance. Good to see an old guy like me with so much energy 😎💥. His wife on that drum solo was awesome 😅. My ears were ringing for some time after. I have seen both Santana and the Doobies before and this was their best performance 👍

  • Amazing energy

Great show as always. Santana never disappoints. The highlight of the show was Santana's wife Cindy Blackman on drums.

  • Great show

Doobies great opener and Carlos did not disappoint. Amazing guitar, wonderful singers and an out of the world drummer.

  • Amazing! One of my favourite concerts

    by C. on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I go to a lot of concerts, but this was not on my ‘to see’ list. My neighbours heard about it, so I decided to join them. SO happy that I did. The entire performance was over-the-top-fantastic! Will make sure to go when they come back

  • Great performances, great venue, great value

    by D Todd on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Opening act the Doobie Brothers were worth the price of admission alone, Santana sounded fabulous as did his band, a fabulous evening's entertainment ant a wonderful venue, highly recommend catching them if they come your way

  • Beyond fantastic and exceeded all expectations

by The Klink on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Carlos and the band left it all out there. Pure unadulterated fun and entertainment. It was like being in attendance at a party that Carlos had thrown for himself celebrating just an amazing career with so many hits. Not one down moment in this concert. I’d see it again next week if I could.

  • Fantastic

    by S. W. on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

What a great show! The Doobie brothers played all their hits. Santana blew the roof off! Excellent musicians, and the female drummer was exceptional! Great music with a message of peace towards everyone for a better world! Feel good concert.

    by C. M. on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Santana was Fantastic! We loved every moment! Must also give notable mention to The Doobie Brothers who were also Amazing. Lawn seats were great even with the possible threat and dark clouds that looked over us for a bit. Other than that a clear crisp sound that had everyone rocking it out to both Bands! I would definitely return to the Budweiser Stage to see another live performance.

  • Santana Rocks

by jacwlc on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely loved Santana. A really high energy experience with an eclectic mix of music - a little rock, a little African and a lot of South American. The guitar was beyond terrific and other musicians and singers were great. Would go back to see him in a heartbeat.

  • back in time

by David on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

this was a great show, starting from sing every song with the doobie brothers to getting to listen to one of the greatest guitarist of all time. I felt like I was 20 just for that 5 hours again, go if you get the chance

  • Santana brings the heat

by Skiman on 2019-08-09Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

On a hot August night Santana band with amazing rhythm section, 2 vocalists and of course the still spectacular guitar work of a legendary guitar player was non stop energy the whole night. Doobies opened with Billy Payne on keys as the cherry on top. Fantastic.
