Styx have endured for over five decades while staying true to their progressive rock sound and theatrical live show. Since releasing their self-titled debut in 1972, Styx have sold over 54 million records worldwide between 17 studio albums, 16 compilations and nine live recordings. Notably, the band released four consecutive RIAA-certified multi-platinum albums between 1977’s The Grand Illusion, 1978’s Pieces of Eight, 1979’s Cornerstone and 1981’s Paradise Theatre, the last of which became their first to top the Billboard 200. Across their career, Styx earned eight Top 10 singles on the Hot 100, including the chart-topping “Babe” as well as “Come Sail Away” “Mr. Roboto” and their 1990 comeback single “Show Me the Way.” Despite several hiatuses and lineup changes, Styx have become one of rock’s most consistent touring acts, hosting nearly 100 live shows every year for over two decades and netting career-best earnings on massive co-headlining tours with REO Speedwagon, Foreigner and Def Leppard. In 2021, Styx released their seventeenth studio album, Crash of the Crown.

Styx will embark on a handful of solo headlining dates and festival appearances across the United States and Canada, with dates scheduled through June 2026, including a five-night residency at The Venetian Theatre at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas in January. Styx will also embark on a co-headlining tour with Chicago in July 2026.

Styx have a run of solo tour dates scheduled through June 2026, including Styx: The Las Vegas Residency, which will take place for five nights at The Venetian Theatre at The Venetian Resort. Chicago & Styx: The Windy Cities Tour kicks off July 13 at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida and wraps on September 6 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.

Tickets for Chicago & Styx: The Windy Cities Tour go on sale to the general public on Friday, December 5 at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. Various presales will take place in the days leading up to the general ticket sale, including presales for Styx Fan Club members and Citi cardmembers, which begin Tuesday, December 2 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Presales for Ticketmaster and Live Nation customers will take place on Wednesday, December 3, starting at 10:00 a.m. local time. A local venues presale will also take place on Thursday, December 4 beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time.

From start to finish....we thoroughly enjoyed seeing Styx. Gowan being there was such a special treat. Tommy Shaw is still as awesome as ever. They sang all my favorite songs as a teenager. I am so glad I went to see Styx live. The light show was simply awesome. I hope they come back to Halifax again!
All round great event. Easy ticket purchase, lots of staff at the Scotia Centre for quick entrance, lots of concessions open. Opening show was different , Jazz, expected rock, for a band like STYX. STYX was great , played all the tunes you would expect. Gowan was really good with the band. All of them gave 100% to the show. Would go again for sure!!

Styx in Halifax was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen! It’s in my top 5 and might crack my top 3. Everything was incredible from sound and lights, their amazing vocals, to the crowd! Loved every second ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was not a fan of Styx in the day but went to watch Todd Sucherman and was pleasantly surprised but the excellence of the show. Gowan was great and the band put in a fantastic show. I said to Judy I was expecting a drum solo she said you saw one in every song. Todd was something to see and hear and am now a fan. I also really enjoyed Todd’s Masterclass in the afternoon at L&M
Music was phenomenal! Stage and light show was superior! Our seats were down on the floor, so we stood for most of the show in order to see the band members. Guess that would be my only complaint.
This Styx show surpassed all my expectations, Waited many years to see this Band, as I have many ticket stubs from shows that I have attended over the last 40 + years! The sound ,lighting, stage presentation and above all , impeccable musicianship!! Overall Absolutely well done, the Songs were served Righteously!!

Great rock n roll show. The guys made it look effortless, sounded great. Gowan was incredible, what a voice and keyboardist. The ultimate entertainer. They were a well oiled rock n roll machine. Throughly enjoyed the show. Would go again any day. Also enjoyed David Myles. He has a great voice and a great wit. His two band mates were also very talented

Lovely to see the retooled crew of Styx, all bands I like are 'vintaged' and simply enjoyed ourselves. Tommy Shaw is ageless, Larry Gowan is a solid lead singer. Last time I saw Styx was in 1983, so glad they took the time for a show in Halifax. well done Lads no flys on this band.
Styx has proven themselves professional musically tight rock icons. They provide an excellent offering of their best songs and get you hooked right from Grand Illusion all the way to Renegade sending you home pumped after a great concert experience. Unfortunately the confusion with seating reorganization and other issues seemed to delay the concert. Probably why we only received the shortened casino set selection which unfortunately bypassed some really great Styx songs such as Crystal Ball. This was especially disappointing as Tommy Shaws voice was crisp and clear and he was on point all night. Gowan honoured all Styx songs with renditions that energized and displayed his extensive showmanship. Styx continues to offer a great experience and would highly recommend.

Tickets to see STYX was my birthday present and it was one of my best birthday presents. This was my third time seeing them in the past decade and they were the best yet. A bonus was they played in my small hometown so I did not even have to travel far to see them. I would go to see them again tomorrow if I had the chance. They truly ROCK.
Concert was advertised as Styx and Foreigner at time of seat purchase, but only Styx showed up. No wonder event was so poorly attended. But luckily for me, Styx were just great!

It was awesome. Larry Gowan was SPOT ON. If you closed your eyes you would swear you were listening to the original Styx.
We had front row centre so our view was the best. Sound was pretty good. Show seemed a bit on the short side - 15 songs I believe. Would be a five star rating but took away one (no fault of the band) as we did not receive VIP merch before the show. Would have been nice to have had it prior to show or pick up at show.
Excellent show, i would have preferred all the oldies wasn’t a very big fan of the new songs but all in all an excellent show ! The band is still belting them out like in the old days ❤️
