The show was amazing. Lots of variety and a little something for everyone. First time watching Polo and that was great. Love watching the Canadian jumpers as challenged by the International jumpers!!!

Rating: 5 out of 5by Anonymous on 2016-11-14Ricoh Coliseum - Toronto Rating: 4 out of 5by Anonymous on 2016-11-13Ricoh Coliseum - Toronto Interesting class with a lot of excitement. The rest of the evening was a little bland. Not as many entries as usual and fewer people in the audience. Tickets always sold out but nobody there. Where do all these good tickets go?
Rating: 1 out of 5 Dissapointing
by Happyboater on 2016-11-13Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoWent to see the dressage competition this time around. But only 4 competitors. Very dissapointing. Then Jack Russel dog races. Looked like a filler because they could not find anything better. The jumping was good. Felt like we spend more time of setup and take down for the events then the actual events themselves. If there is an event advertised then there should be more than 4 people competing. Will not choose that venue again
Rating: 4 out of 5 Evening Horse Show including Longines World Cup
by carole25 on 2016-11-12Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoWe really enjoyed the events...the whole Royal Winter Fair experience is an interesting experience but the evening show is a highlight..the Polo Match was a new event...lots of fun to watch and the outstanding jumping by so many top riders was special.

Rating: 4 out of 5 Opportunities for improvement
by CCParis on 2016-11-07Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoLots of people to help you park but no one coordinating traffic after the event. Need more places for the average person to sit and eat. Lots of room for the VIPs but not for those of us who make up the majority. Food and drink prices are outrageous - $4.50 for a bottle of water. Really? Fri night was too late. Eventing didn't start till after 11 pm. The main reason why I was there! Also need to increase the prize money for eventing to attract more competitors. Why do you have silence and controlled access for jumping but loud music and no control over spectators for eventing - disrespectful of the sport.
Rating: 4 out of 5 Great night at the Royal with the ladies!
by TheresaS on 2016-11-07Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoOur annual day at the Royal with our barn friends was fantastic. We shopped, ate all of our favourite "fair" foods and watched the Horse Show. The Eventing class was so exciting and the show jumping impressive as always!
Rating: 4 out of 5 fun event
by briezy on 2015-11-18Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoFun event - though in a sense I felt sorry for the riders because the second they were done the dogs were let loose, so you didn't get to watch them leave! But it was definitely a fun event
Rating: 5 out of 5 AMAZING SHOW!!!
by Showstar on 2015-11-17Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoThis was my first time going to Big Ben Challenge and I was surprised how well the view was even though I had a standing ticket. I like how they had the Dressage in the show and how they added Cavillo to the show as well. Overall I had a really good time.

by Ladybug50s on 2015-11-17Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoThe show was very organized . The seats were good.
Rating: 4 out of 5 Canine Equine Challenge - FUN!
by Reiared on 2015-11-17Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoThe show was most entertaining - dogs and horses were sheer fun. Junior/amateur jumpers were impressive. Probably most spectacular was the unicorn class - heavy horses and wagons were breathtaking! HOWEVER- entry to the event was a nightmare! It appeared only two gates were available to spectators with huge crowds trying to enter the venue. We can only hope it was corrected for the evening performance!
Rating: 5 out of 5 The Royal
by Kimbola on 2015-11-16Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoThis was my first visit to The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair but it certainly won't be the last! I took my 13 year old daughter with me and we had a blast. From the best in class cattle, the goats, pigs and sheep to the grand finally for us which was the Weston Canadian Open the day was fantastic. We arrived at 11am and left at 11pm exhausted but totally in love with all things Royal! The food court was super busy but the vendors seemed to be totally prepared and even with the long lines it took no time at all. Seating at the food court area was full but we took our food to the Ring of Excellence and with its padded seating, we were happy to eat there. We were able to see the 'Spirit of the Horse' and the 'Super Dogs' shows which were both very well done. Would I recommend The Royal - ABSOLUTELY!!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 Great Day for All Ages
by Hard2Please on 2015-11-15Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoThere was a good selection of retail booths as well as you usual chain food vendors There were a couple local food vendors. One saw selling Bison Chili which was fantastic and then went back to try his h/m butter tarts, one of the best then washed it own with my fav coffee from Balzac the best coffee in Toronto. Forget the so called hip "bah hum bug" to Christmas starburks. The dog show was great as always but I enjoyed the sheep herding and spirit of the horses more, maybe because I hadn't seen them before. Then took in the evening paid performances of the Clydesdale's six horse and wagon competition, then Dressage competition then last but not least an amazing performance by Cavaila. If you have sent this performance your missing one of the best shows around
Rating: 5 out of 5 The Royal is amazing!
by Keiffer on 2015-11-15Ricoh Coliseum - TorontoThe Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is a unique opportunity to watch high-level competitive horse shows, see the best of Canadian animal breeds, visit the many vendors who attend the Royal and enjoy food and drinks at the Royal restaurant. I include this in my annual events because it's something completely different and exciting.
Rating: 4 out of 5 The Royal Dressage was memorable equine ballet.
by Brasilnut on 2015-11-15Ricoh Coliseum - Torontogreat event will come back next year - it's the only international level dressage event in downtown Toeonto
Rating: 4 out of 5by Anonymous on 2015-11-12Ricoh Coliseum - Toronto The show started late due to the audience arriving late, there should be a mandatory time to be in your seats so the show could start on time. Production was off, seemed lost, video clips were late, was very disorganized. BUT, it was a rodeo, what can I say? They don't always go according to plan. It was a great time with lots of surprises, including mini chuck wagon races. It was never a dull moment. I had been to the rodeo before but I am so glad I went again. Worth the money for sure!
