The BNL put on an excellent show with old and new tracks and numerous local references.
It was a fantastic show, people who weren't there let themselves down!! Was fun to watch, fun to be part of!! Great job, come back soon!!
All the entertainers engaged the crowd, played good music and looked like they were enjoying themselves so all in all a great concert
I was impressed with Alan Doyle whom I had not heard before. I was disappointed with BNL though. Especially the encore was extremely disappointing.
Phenomenal show from start to finish. Both bands absolutely killed it.
Great songs and musicians made for one awesome night
The opening act and BNL both kept the audience engaged with not only getting us to sing with them, but entertaning stores. More then once they had the whole audience up and dancing and singing. I'd definetly go and see them again.
Loved the show! I went for Alan Doyle and he was fabulous as usual! My first BNL show and they did great!! Lots of fun and interaction with AD's band too which was a treat! The only down side was when Alan came out to sign books/take pics there was no orderly fashion to get to him, it was a mob scene...we got third in line and when he came out people were coming from every direction. There should have been someone in charge to make this go more smoothly and direct the lineup.
These guys put a smile on your face and rhythm in your soul. I'm a convert!! Loved the whole evening.
Alan Doyle was great! His energy and his band's musicianship are awesome...so much so that they put BNL to shame. I left after a few BNL tunes.
This was the third time I've seen BNL and they are very entertaining!! Alan Doyle and the Beautiful Gypsies really got the crowd rolling!
I've never been a rabid BNL fan, probably more so of Alan Doyle from GBS, but I picked up tickets on a bit of a whim. Basically it was a lot of talented musicians having a good time. There was lots of audience interaction and the bands mixed up and played a bit in each others sets. It was a lot of fun!
Great concert Alan Doyle was so entertaining, love his music. He also had an amazing violinist to compliment him. Barenaked Ladies was great - they are so talented in all the different instruments they play and got the crowd involved.
The show from both artists was excellent. Allan Doyle and BNL both musically were very entertaining and a joy to take in. The only negative from the show was the lighting from the stage when it was directed at the audience and our faces. These are blinding lights and took away significantly from the experience. Nothing wrong with stage lights, just don't shine them in the faces of the audience.
I would go see BNL again in a heartbeat. Definitely a night to brag about. Everything I wanted it to be and more. Amazing job done well guys!
We had a great time at the concert. They improvised songs, talked with the audience and sang great. They brought up Alan Doyle and his band to do a big group number, which was a lot of fun too. I've seen them 10 times before and will see them as many times as possible in the future.
The concert was amazing. Love the energy and getting the crowd involved.
Love the Barenaked ladies, they know how to put a show on. Alan Doyle was awesome too, I love the way the two groups mingled together.
took my 10 yr old daughter, she never stopped laughing, giggling, and clapping her hands. :) was a great show! love those guys!
This was my first time seeing Barenaked Ladies and they were amazing!! They sounded great and you could tell they were all having fun throughout the concert. They played a mixture of their older songs as well as some of their newer ones (and a surprise mashup cover of other artists near the end of the concert). It was great to see them talk about local places in the city and I suspect they do this for each city they visit. Alan Doyle was an incredible opening act!! He sounded great and took the time to do photos/autographs with the fans in between his set and BNL's (at least in the venue I was at). I can honestly say you are missing out if you don't go see them!!
