  • Gorillaz Concert In Toronto

by Liv on 2022-10-10Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

The concert was amazing overall! The visuals and how interactive the band was with the audience was epic! The only thing I wish they would have done was play more of their classics and do a grand finale but was still fun! :))

None. Whatsoever. I’ve always loved Damon’s music since I was a kid. At 26 years old, I finally get to see him in person. I have social anxiety, and his music along with the many people he has worked with helped me calm me down. Now as an adult and doing so much better, I decided that it was time to see him live. Line-up was organized, security were friendly, and ScotiaBank’s staff were personable. Safety and well-being was definitely demonstrated before and especially during the show when we had to pause the excitement for a slight medical emergency. Damon and the other musicians brought an energy and charisma that give me goosebumps as I am typing this. Oh and EARTHGANG’s performance in the beginning was super enjoyable as well. I can’t wait to see him and everyone else again!

Don’t let Damon Albarn or Jamie Hewlett retire. They are geniuses.

  • Amazing performance (as always!)

by PaulM on 2022-10-10Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Thanks to Damon & crew for another fantastic show! Every time I see them perform I see and hear the music in a different way. Thanks for being so awesome and for visiting Toronto - we can't wait until you return! PS: their aren't many shows where women & men literally scream their love for Damon - what an incredible musician and rock star hottie!!! The others were great too but Damon Albarn... Love you Gorillaz!

  • Good not great

by Sniped on 2022-10-09Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Solid show overall. The dude in the cult outfit was kinda near. I thought the sound was a bit off compared to the last two visits which were very clear and professional performances by the musicians. A lot of repeat visuals from previous shows. Just thought there wasn’t as much thought and effort into this tour

  • Good concert, bad crowd

by Adrian on 2022-10-09Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Went to the concert with my wife and kids. The guy behind me, at around his 20s got there late and he started swearing at me that I should sit down because he couldn’t see. I told him he was at the wrong concert and didn’t sit down whole concert. However, my daughter got pretty scared at the incident. I wanted to call security, but I didn’t want to miss a second, nor leave my kids and wife unattended. Bad crowd. Good concert.

  • Amazing! Exceeded my expectations

    by Carrie H on 2022-10-09Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

My sons were supposed to go with me and one ended up having a football game that he had to play and the other had Covid. I ended up going by myself, because I’ve never regretted going to a concert but have regretted not going. Everything was incredible. The stage setup, the atmosphere, the singing, everything. 10/10 would recommend going to a concert that you can’t find anyone to go with and 10/10 would recommend Gorillaz. I’ll be going next time they’re on tour, 100%!

I wish i could watch the concert over and over again. Gorillaz has given me comfort during the most toughest times of my life and seeing their concert for the first time almost made me sob because it reminded me how far I have come despite everything. Cant wait for the new album that will release next year, so far it sounded amazing. Thank you Damon, Jamie and everyone who has brought Gorillaz to life ❤️

  • 10/10

by livtoca on 2022-10-09Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

gorillaz stands the test of time so brilliantly it's almost confusing: their concert is a fascinating mix of generations letting loose at a raging party conducted fiercely by damon albarn, whose creative well has been full for decades and shows signs of drying up. immaculate vibes!!!

  • The 13th Reason

by Juliette Reychard on 2022-10-09Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 1 out of 5

So, the show was A-may-zing(e). It was maybe one of the best shows ever. The show has a great opener, and the main band, Gorillaz, were the main course and dessert. They were just enchanting. I felt like I was doing ecstacy (like that one time behind the dumpster at the corner of 13th and Queens), even though I have never done drugs before. I actually cried and threw up (vomitears) when the showed ended, as they played my favourite song by them: Material Girl.

  • So fantastic!

by CDMUM on 2022-10-09Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Such an amazing group of artists that collaborate for the tour. It was such a fantastic show and we danced for the full 2 hour set! I highly recommend this show for any Gorillaz fans!
