If you love Gorillaz, or just music in general, you owe it to yourself to see this band live. Still reeling from the experience a day later.

  • Best experience of my life

    by I. A. on 2022-10-07Rating: 5 out of 5

It was art. The visuals, the energy, the music, the instruments, it was a masterpiece ! They exceeded expectations!!! If you have a chance, you need to buy a ticket. It was amazing

  • absolutely incredible

by Mika on 2022-10-07Rating: 5 out of 5

one of the best concerts i've ever seen! i'll remember it for the rest of my life. they preformed more old songs than new which i was thankful for as a listener from the 2000s. preformed an unreleased song and preformed multiple songs for the encore! overall just mind blowing. i hadn't listened to much Earthgang but they were a phenomenal opener; with amazing energy! i am now a huge fan of them!

  • Must-see show if you like Gorillaz

by Alex on 2022-10-05Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

The show was incredible, I could really appreciate the work, effort, and production behind it; the light choreography, visuals, and music were stunning. 10/10

  • Praise Be to the Wise One!

    by F. C. on 2022-09-19Rating: 5 out of 5

Great experience, fantastic concert. Played their whole discography, 2 hours of greatest hits while incorporating their new material. Engaging the crowd, great guests, and a wonderful frontman in Damon Albarn.

  • Amazing

I love the Gorillaz so much and this concert was so filled with positive energy and all of my favourite tracks. A week later and I'm still coasting on the good vibes. Praise the wise one!

  • Great show, ear shredding sound

    by N on 2022-09-16Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Love the band, loved the show, but the sound was deafening, too loud at all frequencies (bass at times uncomfortable). Without ear plugs we would have left. I hope they'll have better sound engineers for the remaining of their tour.

  • Couldve been better

by Kat on 2022-09-15Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 3 out of 5

Concert started with the opening band at 7:30pm (have no idea who they were, never said anything about themselves) performed for half an hour, got the crowd pumped up, then left the stage. 50min goes by with nobody on the stage or idea of what's happening. Finally Gorillaz comes on to play but the acoustics are terrible (I understand that's a venue problem) but the sound engineers didn't do a whole lot to remedy it. So much piercing reverb it was hard to hear every individual part. However it was still a good concert they played all the hits and the crowd was excited. Just wish the store could've sold earplugs cause I couldn't find any on sale.

  • Absolutely amazing show!

by Duncan on 2022-09-15Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Crowd was packed and was just vibing super hard along with the super loud music! The Gorillaz had approx. 10-15 different performers which made it be a 110% effort on there part to compensate for Gorillaz always featuring different artist on there music. Also they played a full 2hr set and even did one encore song...! So not a single complaint to a banger of a show.!

  • Live is best

Great high energy opening act in Earthgang. Awesome atmosphere and epic sets of all the killer hits. Did not want it to end.

I’m so glad this turned out to be my sons first concert. The gorillaz did not disappoint! A true rock show! An amazing ensemble of musicians. Loved it all. Can’t wait to see them in western Canada again soon!

  • Incredible pool of talented musicians!

by Max Power (I got the name off a hair dryer) on 2022-09-14Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Overall the best concert I've been to. The sound was crisp, the visuals were great and the playlist was awesome. I liked the Roger's Arena, a good size for a concert and the air stayed cool and fresh the whole concert. It's so well set up and modern. The concert itself had great energy and amazing talent. The wait between acts was a bit long, but worth it in the long run. The opening band Earthgang got everyone hyped up and had some great songs. The song list was a lineup of their best songs including New Gold with Tame Impala, what a beautiful sound! I love the way their sound evolves and changes over time with new talents added. The merchandise vendors were well set up and despite long lineups, i got a shirt in a reasonable time frame. Food and drink vendors had an amazing selection of food and drinks. Getting into the concert was easy and the lineup was short. I will be back for more concerts at this venue and I was so happy to see Gorillaz live. Cheers!

  • Gorillaz Review

by Bean on 2022-09-14Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Gorillaz experience in Vancouver-Roger’s Place was an extremely positive experience. Staff were very helpful at directing people to nearest entrance to their seats, fastest merchandise venue. Opening act was fabulous and Gorillaz were amazing. Could not have asked for a better show to take my daughter for her first concert experience!!

  • Awesome sound!

by Rena on 2022-09-14Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Gorillaz did not fail to entertain: sound was clear, talent was through the roof, lighting was perfect. In awe of the lead singer's musical ability. Would highly recommend

  • Gorillaz we amazing - 2 hours of awesomeness

by Steve on 2022-09-14Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Second time seeing Gorillaz with my kid - we both give it 5/5 as a fantastic show - the songs flowed and they played all their best songs. 3 drummers, 5 backup singers who were phenomenal, and keyboard, guitarist, bassist were all on point. Sound was great - a little too much bass but still great. Damon was cool and looked relaxed on stage - lots of smiling - would definitely see them again if given the chance.

  • Great experience

It was super easy to pick my seats using ticket master web app, getting access to the stadium super easy as well. Good experience in general.

  • Fun but got a little sleepy half way through

    by C. M. on 2022-09-14Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 3 out of 5

Great concert, I just felt it wasn’t a good idea starting the main band at 9pm on a Sunday. Too late. I was sleepy by the time they got on. This isn’t a night club, it’s a Sunday night. The music got wayyyy too chill half way through I almost fell asleep. It finally picked up at the end and I heard the songs I came to see.

  • Great Show, Great Venue

by BigDadT on 2022-09-14Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Gorillaz were awesome. Rogers Arena was well organized and comfortable. Was there with some younger fans, and it was a very solid experience.
