Perfection

Still, as I lept and peeked between them.. I was entranced. Beautiful costume, perfect pitch, lovely harmonies, great lineup choice. I was relieved that The Voyageur was done in a Reggae fashion as it is way too heart-wrenching in original form. I love that she had these female musicians with her. *An application for one of those positions would be a dream. Having a mic in the telephone for On the Line was actually a fantastically neat idea. Seemed like too much (maybe Hall reverb?) at the start of the show (for such a venue), but things smoothed, and the vocals were cranked and clear. Keyboards were nice. Super cute and tight bassist. Rhythm was on + great multi-tasking. Lead guitar tones seemed a bit light and bright, compared to the record. All in all, it was an amazing live performance. *To the one who wore a Glendora shirt, and then dissed the song... ugh. That tune was of the time and place. It's girl emo catchiness would still be appreciated by teen listeners, or even by me on the pump-up drive to work.
