José is incredible. How that variation of sounds can come from one guitar is just astounding. His music is beautiful, cool, unique, peaceful, calm, meditative… but NOT sleepy. You will be rocking to the beat and excited for more.

Seriously one of the best shows I’ve ever been to. Jose sounds album-quality from first song to last. So much energy for just a man and his guitar. Much love from Victoria, BC, Canada.

This was really great!! The musicianship was perfection! José Gonzales is a great artist! It was pretty low key; which was fine for a weekday. It maybe could've used more visual stim.

José's performance took my breath away, brought tears to my eyes, and stole my heart. It was spiritual and physical; he captured my mind and my emotions with his nimble fingers and sweet voice. José has a gift and I'm so grateful to have experienced it from the front row, middle seat. Blessed.

This show was amazing! Jose is one of my favourite artists so I was looking forward to this for years. Every song he played touched me deeply. His disposition allows for the audience to experience the show as well as express themselves and come together as one. If you get the chance go see Jose Gonzalez. You will be glad you took the time. This show was worth every penny!

This concert was just what I needed. A wonderful musician and songwriter singing beautiful songs. I particularly like the Nick Drake cover. Plus he played «Cycling Trivialities», my personal favourite. Théâtre Maisonneuve at Place des Arts is a great venue for this type of intimate concert. Highly recommended.
