JUNGLE IN CONCERT:

Up-and-coming British soul outfit Jungle is the latest and greatest addition to the electro-soul game, breathing new life into the genre with their brass and synth-laden anthems and showstopping choreography. A duo in the studio, Jungle expands to a heavy-hitting seven-piece band for their live shows, and their animated renditions of fan favorites like "Busy Earnin'" and "Heat" keep audiences moving all night long. A talented new act that's already proven their groove sense on tour, Jungle has ticket buyers eagerly awaiting their next round of funky live shows.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Neo-soul outfit Jungle is comprised of the core musical duo of  'J' and 'T', two lifelong friends with a mutual interest in classic soul and funk. They made their debut in 2014 with the singles "The Heat" and  "Busy Earnin'", which showcased the brass-heavy brand of funky soul found on their 2014 self-titled debut album. The record was recorded at the duo's home studio in the London neighborhood of Sheperd's Bush, with occasional production help from their label XL Recordings' Ladbroke Grove studios. After expanding to a seven-piece band for their live shows, Jungle showed off their new lineup in April 2014 at the Electronic Beats Festival in Bratislava, where they delivered an epic performance that has fans eagerly awaiting future shows.

    Better and better

    Fourth time seeing Jungle, and they get better and better everytime. On this tour, they reinvent themselves a bit and they remix themselves to a point where certain segments of the show were even slightly reminiscent of Daft Punk's 200y Alive Tour! Mind blowing! This has a slight downside that they rely a bit more on programming, but it's still 6 people on stage playing music, and Lydia Kitto really feels like the third member of the band, on stage, more than a touring musician. Don't miss it if you can catch this tour!

    Band awesome, sound engineering not so much

    Its not the first time I see Jungle, so I know they have an incredible live performance. The sound engineering, however, wasnt the best. I could barely hear them. Dont know if it has to do with the venue.

    Fine, but doesn't have that "live" factor to make it better than listening to their studio songs. A couple nice jams in the encore made it better.

    Incredible Show!!!

    I see a lot of concerts and let me tell you, this show was electric! The entire crowd was dancing and singing along. The vibe was incredible!!! My seats were amazing but the sound was a bit wonky. Vocals weren’t loud enough but of course we all just sang along anyway. Saw them in 2017 and will definitely see them again when they come back. Got my sister hooked too!

    Groovy Baby!

    Had only recently heard about this groovy ensemble, Jungle, but absolutely loved the show. Felt like it flew right by, I was definitely jamming the entire time. Great venue for it too, good crowd :)
