This was my second time seeing The Darkness live in concert and they are one of the most technically skilled bands I’ve ever seen. Sound is excellent. Presence is excellent outfit changes, crowd surfing, guitar picks for everyone, I’ll never miss a chance to see them and neither should you.

A band that plays better live than they sound on their recordings. Good fun. Great crowd, great price. Will go again when they come back.

I knew they would put on a fantastic show, but exceeded that by far. Even converted my husband into a fan

  • Bastions of Rock & Roll

The Darkness were absolutely superb. True showmen, they sounded awesome and owned the stage! Justin entertained the crowd with banter during a snare drum incident and gave a shout-out to their DJ for covering for the absence of the opening act. They constantly engaged with the audience, and tossed piles of picks & sticks into the crowd at the end of the show... something everyone appreciates. These guys are rock music gems, and I eagerly look forward to their return!

The darkness is one of those bands that sound better playing live than they do on their albums. I will certainly see them again when they return.

Incredible concert. Best live singer I’ve ever seen. 5 stars.

  • Fantastically entertaining

Perfect venue for this totally rocking band. Justin is the best front man left in rock, walked out on stage in a leopard jumpsuit with matching cape. Engages with the crowd and he's hilarious. He crowd surfed, brought out a cake for Frankie's birthday and we all sang happy birthday to him. Great band and amazing vocals. This us a must see band!

  • Another awesome show !!!!

by raunch on 2013-01-23The Phoenix Concert Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

It`s the second time I have seen these guys in the past year.............................Both shows were amazing ! Great tunes.........Great energy........Great crowd (singing along, fist pumping, overhead clapping, and loud cheering!). Well worth the money ! J.H. is a terrific frontman (decent guitar player, cool falsetto singing, great sense of humour, and death-defying leaps into the crowd) and the band was really tight. The Darkness is one of the most entertaining bands out there!!!! Catch them if you can !

Give me a "D". Give me an "arkness"! Easily one of the most talented bands, who put on one of the greatest show's I've ever seen. And I've seen A LOT!

There is no concert I have been to where the band sounds better than the album live!. No tv screens, pyro, or props. 100% rocking talent! They keep you entertained from opening To the final encore. I can not explain enough... Do not miss this show!! See you guys next time.
