Rocco began to dedicate himself to music while attending middle school in the suburbs of New Jersey. In highschool he attracted a Tiktok following from sharing his humorous experiences as an Asian American youth. Through this time, he continued to refine his sound and found that the combination of his talent in social media and music would lead him to draw swaths of followers to his records. Taking inspiration from Rex Orange County, Boy Pablo and Clairo, Rocco captures the teenage adolescent experience through his melancholic yet upbeat tunes.
Discovered his music a while ago and loved it!! Every new release of his is becoming a hit after hit and I’m so happy he’s getting the recognition he deserves. Watching him perform live was so fun and cool. Great music, lovely voice, silly guy
