Styx Tickets

Styx was amazing! Focus was on their hits over the years, more the rock-oriented songs than the MOR stuff Dennis DeYoung tried to turn them into (thankfully, no Babe!). Gowan’s energy and performance skills really drive the show but man what a guitar line-up! Nice seeing Chuck Panazzo too. One of the best shows I’ve seen in ages. Great venue also.

The Styx/Heart concert was a fun show, almost 3 hours of great music! It was a fantastic show, and it was great to see Gowan as well, as their lead singer. They played a lot of Styx hits as well as some music from their new album. They rocked it, playing the music well and with a lot of showmanship. And I don't know where Gowan gets his energy, but he had a ton of it while playing and singing as well as he ever has. The opening act was great too, Nancy Wilson (from Heart) and her band. They played a few classic rock songs and several hits from Heart.

Styx is easily the best live act I've gotten to see across the many dozens of concerts I've been to. Great audio quality at the venue, great energy from the band, and an overall fantastic show. Will see them any time they're back in town

Styx did a great job of making this small venue feel like a huge rock band concert, with lots of excellent visuals and effects. They wowed us by singing all of our favorite through the decades, plus a couple of new songs. We enjoyed every minute of this classic rock concert!

I have loved Styx's music since the 1980's when I was a teenager. The venue was small but I had great seats. I never saw them in concert so I enjoyed it immensely. They were very entertaining and enjoyed the fact that Lawrence Gowan was the lead singer. I saw Gowan in concert when I was in my 20's and he still sounds amazing. I am now 58 yrs. I would pay to see them again.

Nancy Wilson's Heart was a pleasant surprise, performing above expectations. Her band members were professional and played well together. A great performance! Styx performance was special, taking me back to the 1970's playing my Styx 8-track tapes. Again they played above what I was expecting. The only issue was the volume during the latter half of the show, when it came to a point where it hurt at times. And I love loud performances, to a certain degree. But otherwise it was an Awesome night!

Loved both acts. Age doesn’t mean a thing. Both acts are ageless and still performing as well as they did in their early life’s. so happy to be there to see them

What a great concert tonight. Styx blew me away. They were fantastic. Totally exceeded my expectations. They were tight. Sound was excellent. They played a great mix of old and new. Excellent version of Too Much Time On My Hands. Come Sail Away was so well done. I have to say that it was the best example of power rock and prog rock fusion I have ever listened to. Three guitar players getting great use of their axe with some riffs that blew me away. The opening band - Nancy Wilson under whelmed me. Although, she did say some of the band had gotten sick with covid. The venue was great as well. The Northern Jubilee Auditorium - built for sound. 2500 seat venue. Amazing night.

Brought me back to the 70’s and 80’s with great hits like Renegade and Too Much time on my hands. And they played their newer record. Great sound in the Jubilee!!!

Best show in years !!!!!! Nancy Wilson was great and the black lady that did vocals with her was better than her sister. Gowan is the leader of Styx. Tommy Shaw was excellent as well. The theatre was the best I’ve been too.

I love this venue. Sound is great staff is always friendly and drinks are reasonable! Styx rocked. One of my all time favorite since I was a kid! Gowan is a nice addition and a great performer! Nancy Wilson ricks the guitar! The new signer was great but We all missed Annie!

Nancy Wilson and Kimberly Nicole were amazing, that voice of hers, stunning! Nancy on guitar still a wizard, I was thrilled to see her in person. Styx still sound amazing and never missed beat, they’re voices sounded true like I was listening to their studio album. Won’t hesitate to go again. Jubilee Auditorium was a great venue, thank you for playing there!!

I was not expecting the absolutely amazing concert that I saw. I have been to hundreds of concerts and some of them I paid two and three times that amount of money and they were not half of the concert that I witnessed with Styx and Heart. My girlfriend and I both agreed that we would go to see them again at least once a year and I have told many people about it so if Styx comes back to Edmonton we will be there. No question

Heart being the guest had too long exposure but did great in their best hits like Alone, while the main Styx focused on the songs that aren't so popular and dismayed not hearing their hit ones.

Styx was good , very entertaining. Had a great time .

Gowan Shaw and the guys can still rock. I never saw them back in the day, but this concert was amazing! And a steal at $60. Heart provided a great opening show too.
