Styx have endured for over five decades while staying true to their progressive rock sound and theatrical live show. Since releasing their self-titled debut in 1972, Styx have sold over 54 million records worldwide between 17 studio albums, 16 compilations and nine live recordings. Notably, the band released four consecutive RIAA-certified multi-platinum albums between 1977’s The Grand Illusion, 1978’s Pieces of Eight, 1979’s Cornerstone and 1981’s Paradise Theatre, the last of which became their first to top the Billboard 200. Across their career, Styx earned eight Top 10 singles on the Hot 100, including the chart-topping “Babe” as well as “Come Sail Away” “Mr. Roboto” and their 1990 comeback single “Show Me the Way.” Despite several hiatuses and lineup changes, Styx have become one of rock’s most consistent touring acts, hosting nearly 100 live shows every year for over two decades and netting career-best earnings on massive co-headlining tours with REO Speedwagon, Foreigner and Def Leppard. In 2021, Styx released their seventeenth studio album, Crash of the Crown.

Styx will embark on a handful of solo headlining dates and festival appearances across the United States and Canada, with dates scheduled through June 2026, including a five-night residency at The Venetian Theatre at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas in January. Styx will also embark on a co-headlining tour with Chicago in July 2026.

Styx have a run of solo tour dates scheduled through June 2026, including Styx: The Las Vegas Residency, which will take place for five nights at The Venetian Theatre at The Venetian Resort. Chicago & Styx: The Windy Cities Tour kicks off July 13 at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida and wraps on September 6 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.

Tickets for Chicago & Styx: The Windy Cities Tour go on sale to the general public on Friday, December 5 at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. Various presales will take place in the days leading up to the general ticket sale, including presales for Styx Fan Club members and Citi cardmembers, which begin Tuesday, December 2 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Presales for Ticketmaster and Live Nation customers will take place on Wednesday, December 3, starting at 10:00 a.m. local time. A local venues presale will also take place on Thursday, December 4 beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time.

3 bands in one concert, 4-hour long (including the short breaks in between) - it was amazing and worth every penny! Concert started on time as announced in an email. I wish they will do this often! This was well-organized!

An absolutely awesome experience at a beautiful venue, perfect weather and the music was fantastic. REO was great, LOVERBOY was so much fun and Styx killed it, especially Gowan; what a performance 🎭
Love the place, all 3 bands were very very good, we had a great night, nice weather and we are enchanted by this booking.
Another tremendous show, Gowan and Tommy Shaw belted out those songs, making me and the crowd feel young again. Gowan gave 110% and Shaw's James Youngand instrumental guitaring were amszing as usual. Only one, small disappointment, they didn't sing Babe- a classic. I am a fan for life!
The Budweiser stage is hands down my favorite venue!! Very clean! Friendly staff! Very organized! Such a beautiful city skyline view. The sound and lighting are amazing! Love the lawn seats! It's all open!
My wife and I loved almost everything about the experience. The music was fantastic and all three bands were amazing. The sound at the Budwesier stage is great and the views from the seats were really good too. The only downfall for the event was the exit strategy. Getting about 15,000 people out through one exit was really congested and slow. It also gave us pause to think that if there were ever an emergency and people had to evacuate in a hurry it would not be safe.
My daughter and I had a blast at the concert. It was her first Rock concert and I am glad she had a great experience and loved the concert experience and is looking forward to her next concert.
Amazing show! Reo Speedwagon was great, heavier than I thought they were. Styx was absolutely amazing!! Great vocals, sounded perfect and very heavy at times. Gowen is a great showman and he played Criminal Animal for the hometown crowd. Would see them again.
Loved the concert but hate that Ticketmaster insisted on mobile tickets. That almost ruined the experience. A lot of stress making that work. We got in. That was the main thing.
My wife and I love STYX growing up and can honestly say this BAND this evening sounded incredible. As they have aged the music they put out was acoustically beyond my expectation. They supersede all my expectation. well done gentleman. Wishing them continued success.
