Barenaked Ladies Tickets

Was a great show looked like the band really enjoyed themselves.

My expectations going in were low as the tickets were a gift to my husband who loves their music. I have to say that they were awesome and had everybody dancing, laughing and standing up for the last half of the show.....no regrets....sound amazing live!

Last night's BNL concert in Hamilton was full of energy. It's a big step for the band to tour minus a key member, but they pulled it off!! It was a good balance of old and new material with an intimate feel. Ed Robertson, you look great from any seat in the house!! It was worth the drive from London, On.

Wonderful show. Almost all the classics played and plenty of new stuff to balance the night out. As always, hilarious banter in between songs.

It was a great show, we really enjoyed the band and their humor in between songs. The seats were great and it didn't look like there was a bad seat in the house! We would go to the venue again and we would for sure see the band again!

The energy and the chemistry that made this band a must see in the past still remains today. Although it did seem a bit strange without former bandmate Steven Page flanking long time friend Ed Robertson at the front of the stage, the band still plays on. And play on do they ever. Playing to a sometimes vocal but mostly subdued Hamilton crowd, the Ladies belted out tune after tune, while in between songs maintained their ever popular connection with the crowd. While sitting for most of the show, the crowd finally raised to its feet in dance when the Ladies broke out into their popular single from the Stunt album, One Week. It took two young ladies in the crowd, and the help of Robertson on stage, to get the crowd up and dancing. But once they did, the seats in Hamilton Place no longer had any use for the rest of the show. Finishing off the set with the classic If I had $1,000,000, and new tv show tune Big Bang, the Ladies then returned for a three song encore which concluded with the surprising Blame it On Me from their debut album Gordon. The band may never rise to the same popularity as it had with Page, but nonetheless their live show still remains a crowd pleaser. A must see for all BNL fans across the world.

That was the best concert since K.D.Lang was in Hamilton. They don't miss Steve Page. Ed just got different guys to banter with. Music awesome and entertainment even better. Nice to see three, maybe four, generations in the audience.

This was the second time I have seen Barenaked Ladies. Even though Steven Page has left the band, he took nothing away with him when he left. These guys are consummate entertainers - they sound great and are very funny. I took my children, ages 6 and 14, and they loved it. Any and every person should see this band - it will enrich you!

We purchased the Barenaked Package and had the opportunity to meet BNL before the event. They didn't disappoint and it was very entertaining to meet them. The concert was really tight and you could tell the Ed, Kevin, Jim and Tyler were having a blast. The reconditioned BNL favorites were really well done and I was amazed at how much better Sound of Your Voice was with Kevin Hearn on lead vocals. They are confindent, hilarious, talented and I will attend every event that they put on. Looking forward to the next one!

my first show seeing them as a foursome. overall, pleasantly surprised however, really missed Steven Page's vocals on a few tracks. There is definitely some energy missing with his departure. It is nice to see the other band members i.e. Jim and Kevin take more of the stage; they seemed more in the back ground before. If anything, it allows the depth of the talent within the band to shine through more. I look forward to their evolving sound as a foursome.

I was concerned how they would sound with out Stephen Page. The concern was gone after they started singing the first song. BNL sounded great!! They were still funny and full of enthusiasm. They did not dissappoint . I have to say that their signature song " A million dollars " did not sound that great but overall they are still number 1 in my book. They still have many awesome songs that Ed sang lead vocals to so I hope they keep at it!

Loved it. The guys are so much fun to watch, really entertaining. Canadiana at its best. Cant wait for them to come back.

This concert was incredible....music was great, and the show was wonderful and funny.....I really enjoyed myself, it was my best birthday present ever...and I have had some GREAT present!!!!

The concert was really good. The band was fun and entertaining and played for a long time. They played a good mix of old and new and are really nice to listen to. The opening act was good too.

My wife and I really enjoyed the humour and showmanship of the band, but found that too many songs were played from the new album, which is a good album, however we wanted to hear more classics like "Enid", "Be my Yoko Ono", "Brian Wilson", etc. And for the new bandmember, you have a good sense of humour, a great voice, but use it, because "if I had a Million Dollars" is your signature song, and it wasn't sung with enough ummppphhh to it. Good job overall though.

The Ladies were charming, funny, and their vocals are very good. They seemed a little awkward in between songs, but all in all I was very happy with the show. I have to admit though I did miss Steve but the boys are really trying hard.

Not only was the concert amazing I got to go to the meet and greet with the band beforehand! All the guys were so amazing, and meeting them was even better than I ever imagined it. Ed I love you!! :D The show was so perfect, even better now as it seems more personal as it's just the 4 of them now. Everybody should see this show, the Barenaked Ladies is THE BEST BAND EVER!!! I love you guys, keep doing what you're doing :)

An entertaining show but longs sets of their newer stuff took away from overall enjoyment. Crowd definitely rose to the occassion when recognizable tunes were played. When I saw them last time they were here I thought it was one of the best concerts I'd been to..focus being on fun! This time I have to say I missed Steve!!

It was a really good show in an awesome venue. Joel Plaskett was a excellent warm-up for BNL. Very funny guy with great lyrics and catchy tunes. All of them just looked like they were having the time of their lives. I would give them 4.5 stars, the half star is for the times that the songs lacked Steven Page's voice (there were several times that I thought ~ damn, Steven is missing on that one ~ Great Canadian talent.
