Dave Matthews Band in Concert
With a career spanning more than 27 years, Dave Matthews Band is one of the most influential bands in rock history. In 1991, vocalist/guitarist Dave Matthews decided to put some songs he had written on tape and sought the assistance of drummer Carter Beauford and saxophonist LeRoi Moore, who were both accomplished jazz musicians in the local Charlottesville, VA music scene. 16-year-old bassist Stefan Lessard came on board shortly thereafter. Their infectious, distinctive sound garnered lots of early attention and a die-hard loyal fan base, catapulting the band into one of the most successful touring acts of the past three decades.
The group has since released nine studio albums and numerous live recordings, selling a collective 38 million CDs and DVDs combined since the 1994 release of its major label debut, Under the Table and Dreaming. The GRAMMY®-winning band's many hits include "What Would You Say," "Crash Into Me," "Too Much," "Everyday," "American Baby," "Funny The Way It Is," "Mercy" and "Samurai Cop (Oh Joy Begin)."
Founding member LeRoi Moore passed away in August of 2008 and the band paid tribute to him with 2009's Platinum-certified Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King. Dave Matthews Band has since welcomed longtime collaborators/touring musicians Jeff Coffin (saxophone), Rashawn Ross (horns) and Tim Reynolds (guitar) into the lineup and - most recently - keyboardist Buddy Strong.
With 2018's Come Tomorrow, Dave Matthews Band became the first group in history to have seven consecutive studio albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. In a Critic's Pick review, The New York Times observed, "willed optimism fills the songs on 'Come Tomorrow,' while cynicism and irony are nowhere within earshot... each song notes the fears and sorrows it's determined to overcome. The music does that, with consolation in its melodies and a life force in its rhythms."
Renowned for their live performances, Dave Matthews Band has sold over 24 million tickets since its inception and ranked as the biggest ticket seller worldwide of the past decade. The group's Bama Works Fund, established in 1999, has raised more than $52 million dollars for humanitarian and environmental initiatives.

Great set list and mix of songs. Ants Marching finale was epic. They killed it, as usual!
Great concert but sound and camera were off so it was distracting.
DMB always put on a great show & this year they even went above and beyond and this venue is a great place for it!!!!
They played and had a great time while doing it. Such great sounds and lots of fun and passion for their music
Great show once we walked the extra miles from the train station...
Amazing live show! Would recommend Dave Matthew's Band to everyone. Stage presence is exceeded with all the instruments.
Dmb put on another fantastic show. Amazing musicians! We see them everytime they come!
Finally, after decades, I see Dave! He delivered immaculately. <3 The band jammed well, you can feel how much they love what they do. THEY SOUND SO GOOD LIVE!!!!! It was odd when expecting the violin to kick in, it was a horn.. still smooth, still cool.. must be hard, but I wudda loved if they cudda found a fella to fiddle! With the body of work, it was exciting to see which would be selected. I really love the new album & Oh Joy Begin made me weep. Grab a drink & your sweetie, & enjoy the summer jam. <3 It's a guaranteed good time!
DMB is always amazing! Definitely worth the money if you appreciate pure musical talent!
Great concert - thanks Dave and band! Good seats, great weather - couldn't ask for anything more!
Dave Matthews Band was amazing. The whole set up was great - the food truck and merchandise area was great to be able to walk around and look at given that we arrived early in case of any issues. Our seats were great, we had a good view of both the stage and the screens. The music was incredible - they’re so talented and really seem to have fun on stage which carries over and is so fun to watch.
Dave was fantastic. Sounded awsome. Real pro. Will see again for sure.
Spending a few hours with DMB on a perfect Toronto summer evening...hard to match! Great playlist and superb musicianship combined to raise the roof at the Budweiser Stage. The Dave Matthews Band is among the best all-time live performance bands...bringing their recorded work to life in front of a huge outdoor audience. Can’t hardly wait for the next opportunity to see these guys!! And the Bud Stage.....outstanding venue!!
Dave Matthews is excellent live! He would never disappoint you!
Dave Matthews Band in Toronto was AMAZING! Loved it! I think this was the fifth time I’ve seen them. This was the Best show! I usually got to the DTE in Michigan. My only complaint about the Molson Amphitheater is the seats seemed to be too close together. We felt very crowded.
The Budweiser Stage is a perfect place to see DMB! We were 5 rows from the top and still had a perfect view and sound. It was quick to exit even with that many people. The band played a lot of the greats and the new releases. Dave dance as always entertaining.
Best concert I’ve been too in years, they covers quite a few of the hits
The Dave Matthews Band is my most favourite concert. This was my 9th time seeing them live and I’ll go every year. Loved it all. Love the venue too.
Great time. Love the laid back lawn seats. great breeze off the lake.
