    Way too "Jesusy"

    by Stc139 on 2011-10-09MOD Club - Toronto

Flyleaf put on a pretty awesome set. Lacey hote the majority of the note and the band played perfectly. the only probablem was how awkward the "Prayer" they held in the show was. It was supposed to be a rock-metal show, and people don't want to stop moshing/rocking out to talk to God. It was too bizzare. I think Lacey talked to Jesus more than the audience.

    Loving Life

by Camiannie on 2010-11-02No idea - Calgary

Now, Im definitely no christian, and I don't have a profound sense of needing god in my life, but my best friend and I went to the Rock the River tour west with my best friends brothers band (which is not a christian band--Eyes of Isis) and I was actually floored by how amazing Lacey Mosley and the rest of the band was. We mainly went for Skillet and Flyleaf, and when we were able to rush up to the stage, my best friend and I were right in front. It was absolutely amazing! ^-^ I've only been to three concerts in my life, but Flyleaf was by far one of favourites, tying with Avril Lavigne. I would DEFINITELY go again if I had the chance. GO FLYLEAF!!!

    AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    by lizgrace80 on 2010-03-12Mod Club - Toronto

I was so happy when flyleaf decided to come to canada in there tour..... Most amazing show ever.... got to meet most of the band afterwards and they were pretty cool... Lacey is so very shy and timid its hard to believe such a small little quiet girl could have such a powerful voice on stage.... Definitely looking forward to them coming back :)

Larger venue would have been 5 stars

by skullmaster on 2009-11-17Mod Club Theatre - Toronto

I was really looking forward to this show (first flyleaf) I have all their music and find them both creative and sonic. Lacey has an unforgettable voice and there were hints of it throughout the concert, unfortunately not enough, because the instruments were way to loud and drowned her out most of the time. Still a energetic and entertaining set, once their library grows I'm hoping the setlist will as well, they played for just over an hour with no encore. All that said, Ill be looking forward to seeing them again in a larger venue in the near future.

    Awesome but a bit preachy

by Cheeseface on 2009-11-14Mod Club Theatre - Toronto

It was fantastic. They sound just like they do on the CDs, which by the way is a feat. Both the singer and the band put on a really great show. The opening band was pretty good too. The only complaint I had was wearing the wrong shoes which killed my feet... >.<. The concert was sold out. Her voice was incredible. They are really quite talented and I would highly recommend seeing them live.

    Flyleaf rocked my world

by CDNshark on 2009-11-14Mod Club Theatre - Toronto

I have to say I was pretty excited about Flyleaf before I showed up. So my expectations were set dangerously high. Well, they were met and exceeded. Flyleaf was absolutely amazing. They were so tight and Lacey's vocals were right on. Also, Flyleaf had a shockingly great opening act called Paper Tongues. They were perhaps the best openers I have ever seen. I hope they do their own headlining tour soon. If either of these bands are coming to your city go see it.
