About

The Lumineers are a Grammy-nominated indie-folk band from Denver, Colorado. Often credited for helping mainstream the Americana genre in the 2010s, the band has cultivated a following thanks to their vivid storytelling, dynamic live shows and catchy choruses. Their 2012 hit “Ho Hey,” from their self-titled debut, reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2016, they released their second studio album Cleopatra, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The Lumineers headed out on their first headlining arena tour in 2017, and opened for U2 at stadiums on the band's Joshua Tree Tour that same year. The band’s anthemic ballad “Ophelia” also went viral on TikTok in 2020-21, with help from a dancing kangaroo, and introduced the band to a new legion of fans. In January 2022, The Lumineers released their fourth studio album, BRIGHTSIDE, which peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 and was described by The Telegraph as “a sweet slice of Americana that will get right under your skin.” The band's fifth studio album Automatic was released on February 14, 2025.

  • The Best Concert Ever!

by Kfern on 2025-10-05Rating: 5 out of 5

The Lumineers was the best concert I have every attended and forever will be. Singing and dancing along the music was something that I haven't done in a long time and getting to do that in their concert. Being their for Toronto N1 for their Automatic World Tour healed something inside of me and getting to touch Wesley's hands when he walked around Budweiser Stage was something I did not expect to happened but forever grateful that I get to have that small interaction. Can't wait for them to release new songs and for them to go back to Toronto again.

  • An amazing show

I always enjoy visiting the Budweiser stage, but The Lumineers put on an incredible show, making this our most favourite concert to date!

  • LUMINEERS @ BUDWISER STAGE

by Mark and Katie on 2025-09-12Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I have seen The Lumineers live about eight times now. Every time we see them they are great. This time, however there was something extra special about it. They literally nailed every song. It sounded so good. The lights, the music and the pageantry was perfect. They had special guest Dallas Green come out for part of a song, which was pretty cool. What we didn’t expect was the next song, Dallas Green and Wesley did their best rendition of “Wheat Kings” let me just say this was the perfect song to cover. Everybody in the crowd was blown away. Tragically hip is such an important part of our Canadian history and for them to come out and nail Wheat Kings like they did was truly magical. I will speak for everyone and say it was EASILY the best cover I’ve ever heard. They went from that to play 28 songs in total which was amazing in its self. This is the best concert I’ve been to in about five years since we were at Red Rocks. I honestly wish I could personally tell Wesley and the band how perfect the concert was and how much it means to us. I’d like to thank them from the bottom of my heart. LONG LIVE THE LUMINEERS!! Highlights were: FLOWERS IN YOUR HAIR ❤️🌸 HO HEY (oldie but a goodie 🫠) DEFINITELY WHEAT KINGS (HOLY CRAP! 🥹) Sleep on the floor (just WOW🤯) GLORIA 😍 SLOW IT DOWN (Jeremiah Fraites! ❤️) BIG PARADE (SO COOL 😎) GHOST OF YOU (RIP SAM 😭 SO SAD) CLEOPATRA (SO GOOD😀) STUBBORN LOVE (TO FINISH 🤩)

  • Unfortunately one of the saddest and worst nights ever.

As someone who has grown up listening to the Lumineers for most of my life I had not come across many opportunities of them playing in Toronto, especially since I’m only 19. I am leaving this review in hope that this falls into the hands of someone that isn’t AI and can actually do something about it. On February 20th, 2025 I purchased these tickets almost 7 prior to the concert date. Leading up to the event I was not so smart trying to sneak in a can of alcohol (which I legally purchased at a store down the street which was $17 cheaper than venue pricing). Anyways the moment I stepped foot through the gate I got pulled aside and was told I could no longer access the venue. I was baffled and thought, “hey I work in costumer service, truly something so small would not toll something so large”. But unfortunately the man in his mid 20’s that stopped us said “there’s nothing he can do”. Not this even happened at Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. When looking into their policy it states they will take items and they are subject to removal. I understand policy is policy but a single can of alcohol that I purchased does not equal to the long awaited concert and the $400 for tickets. Believe me I understand that there are rules but the RULE states they will take the item. Why couldn’t he have taken it? And allowed us access? I understand you can remove people but removal over a single drink is severe. If it was a weapon I’d understand but it felt like a power trip which nothing could be done about it. Our seats were open the entire concert next to my sister and her friend who I was supposed to meet. I have proof of my girlfriend and I going to the venue, leaving the venue, being outside of the venue while the Lumineers were performing, and proof of tickets. And I would like to make this very clear, I understand rules and rules but however the rules Budweiser stage has posted states they are subject to removal. With no regard were we given reason other than the drink. Where and what point draws the line for being taken versus removal off of the property? I didn’t do anything illegal either considering I legally purchased the drink, I just lost them money that’s all they care about. I think considering this young man who clearly was hungry for power fully had every option to keep the drink and dump it and let us walk on by into the venue we had purchased tickets to everything would seem alright because something like that truly is not that bad right? Wrong. He then ended up taking a photo of me and posting it for other security to keep a look out for me after my second attempt of entry offically making it a real deal over something so small. I hope things can be made right considering I’ve been loyal to ticket master, Budweiser stage, and have absolutely given enough money for tickets. Truly what does not stop someone from just taking the tall boy from me and allowing entry?

  • An amazing show

This is my first Lumineers concert and I was impressed. Great show, perfect sound and the opener was also fantastic. Such a chill crowd and artful performers.

  • Best Concert Ever

by KH on 2025-09-11Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve been to 100s of concerts and this was by far the best ! I would have said this even before Zack Bryan came out as special guest. Budweiser Stage in Toronto is such a great venue. Hope they come back to play here again.

  • Amazing as always

Seen the lumineers 6+ times over the years and each time is better than the last, seen them twice now at the casino and the sound is exceptional, which I'm sure factors into why they keep coming back to this smaller venue.
