Blondie Tickets

This was my first experience listening to Blondie live and the show showed their comfort being on stage. Debbie started off being a bit stiff in front of the microphone, but she certainly loosened up soon enough. They played a good variety of their hits and other lesser known songs, but the gem of the night was their cover version of "an Unlikeness"'s song Fragments. That perked up the whole show.

There was no opening act and Blondie came on at 8:15 pm. Deborah Harry still looked and sounded great at 70-years young. Blondie performed a mixture of new and old songs for about 90 minutes and the concert ended around 9:45 pm. Blondie even performed Beastie Boys’ “You Gotta Fight For Your Right to Party” and Deee-Lite’s “Groove is in the Heart”. They did perform a two-song encore and the last song of the night was “Dreaming”. Deborah Harry had great interaction with the audience. She even shook hands with people in the audience that crowded around the stage while she sang.

Went to see Blondie with moderate expectations given that she is 70 yrs old and haven't heard much about her the last 20 or 30 yrs unlike a lot of similar older rockers like Sir Paul and Mick et al. But she was amazing! She played everything and her voice was still quite good. But most of all she wanted to be there and wanted to entertain us. She was so real and as one local reviewer said "she's cooler at 70 than you'll ever be" and it's so obviously true! Loved her! Just wish I would have gone up to the mosh pit for a better view!

It was wonderful to see that Blondie still has it at 70. Bravo... She sang all the old songs, and it made me feel young again. She truly loved the Vancouver audience, touching all the groupies at the front. Keep on, keepin on...

My daughter and I attended the Blondie concert at the River Rock Casino in Richmond, BC. We looked forward to seeing her as she has always been one of our favorites. She looked great and interacted well with the audience, but the sound was terrible. Half the time we couldn't hear what she was saying. The songs sounded nothing like they do on the albums. The guitarist and the drummer had a lot of energy, and brought life to the show, but the others seemed rather bored. They played all their hits, which was great. I'm still glad we went, but they should do a sound check next time before the concert.

Debbie Harry still rocks at 70 yrs old! Her voice still sounds great and she knows how to put on a fun show!

Four of us drove down from Vancouver British Columbia for the concert. It was well worth the drive! We loved how you could bring your own picnic basket and blankets and enjoy the show! Can't wait for the next show!

This concert was very well done. I received my tickets in a timely manner via mail. Blondie, especially Debbie, sounded amazing!

Great show at Rama... The whole band was obviously up for the show and totally into it. Debbie herself was amazing, dancing up a storm and loving every minute of it. The band was tight and excellent musicianship - new guys are awesome on guitar and keys. Debbie looked great and her stage presence is as engaging as ever. New material sounds good - will definitely check out the new album.
