About

With her powerful voice, solid songwriting skills, and larger-than-life personality, Jesse J kept the faith through tough times at a young age to become one of the most successful female pop vocalists in British music history. Anyone who’s witnessed Jesse take full command of the concert stage performing attitude-driven pop songs like “Do It Like a Dude,” “LaserLight,” “Wild,” and “It’s My Party” knows that she’s no wallflower. It’s hard, then, to believe that this natural-born diva could have started her career behind the scenes, penning hit songs for Chris Brown and Miley Cyrus. Of course, Jesse couldn’t be kept out of the limelight for long, and her albums Who You Are and Alive gained her a devoted worldwide following, with fans clamoring for Jesse J tickets not just in her homeland, but in America, Asia, and Australia. Her concerts not only showcase her impressive vocal chops, dance skills, and her always-on-the-edge sense of style, but she’s been known to infuse the entire spectacle with empowering positive messages directed toward her young female fans. Critics have compared her performance style to the likes of Pink, Beyoncé, and Gwen Stefani, while her retro synth-pop hearkens back to the days when Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, and Whitney Houston ruled the airwaves and dance floors.

  • Good but not like last time

by Ibanez on 2018-10-21MTELUS - MontrealRating: 4 out of 5

Saw her at the same venue a couple of years ago, which had been an amazing, high energy show. So the bar was very high. I can appreciate the modified version, being a bit more "jazzy", that was all good. But the multiple costume changes, that took for ever, really just kept on breaking the vibe and flow. But as far as voice and performance, very good.

  • Jessie J was unbelievable

Her vocals were outstanding, she’s so personable and funny in between...her band was great...perfect intimate venue for her. Just wonderful!

  • Amazing voice!

I am not an actual fan of Jessie J. I décided To go to Her concert because i know she has an amazing voice. I watched a few of Her performances that really blew me away. Thé concert was great i discovered Her album. There was A lot of interaction during her concert was great to see her inviting a few fans to sing with Her on stage. I wish there was not that much pause between the sets though. Wish it was more fluid and no downtime where people start talking To each other. APART from that that was definitely a good pick for a concert. I like small venue where u feel closer To the artist.

  • Too much talking

Far too much talking by singer. Didn't need to hear bad singing by audience members invited up on stage. I paid to hear Jessie J.

  • Jessie J AMAZED Toronto

by Cindalicious on 2015-05-12The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I took a 17 year old girlfriend to the show, barely knowing any Jessie J songs (I am 35 and older than Jessie J). Her voice is unbelievable and she is very humble. Let's just say I will be buying any and all Jessie J albums I find.

  • Jessie J was amazing!!!

One of the best concerts I have seen (and I have seen a lot)!! Jessie J has one of the most incredible voices I've ever heard. She is such a fantastic performer and even though she was not feeling well, she still sang live and belted out hit after hit. She is so humble and down to earth and has wonderful stage presence. She interacts with fans and makes you feel involved in the show. I would pay to see her over and over again.

  • ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE

I have no words that can fully describe just how incredible Jessie J was, I was a HUGE fan before and and even bigger fan now (if that is even possible!). This was a once and a lifetime kind of show that I will forever carry in my heart!

Jessie J has an amazing voice, even tho she had a wicked head cold the night of the show. She wowed the crowd and kept us dancing the whole night,

  • Jessie J knows how to put on a good show

by joelkesh on 2015-05-10The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

This was my first time seeing Jessie J, so was very excited to see her perform live. As expected, I was not disappointed as she went through a number of songs from the recent Sweet Talker album as well as a few classics. She sounded amazing and so did the band. I was entertained throughout the whole show. The only negatives about the show is that she was sick that day which may be a reason why she cut a number songs out of her regular set list. I was disappointed that she did not sing Abracadabra or Personal in Toronto, despite including these songs in her show the night before at Montreal. The only other negative was the poor organization of the venue. With a capacity of 1500 people, the show was sold out, and with only one entrance, I was standing in line for almost 1 hour before I got in, despite already having my ticket. The Danforth Music Hall needs to improve the efficiency of their door check system as it was a pain standing outside so long before getting a chance to go in.
