An excellent movie, a wonderful performance, great intimate talk and at the same time - a riot, party, chaos! One of a kind as always!

Google Bordello is not my favorite band. I doubt that any of their songs are in any playlist that I've made. I don't listen to them at all pretty much. But boy do they put on one hell of a show. This is my second time seeing them in Toronto, and it's why I went to see them again. Energy from top to bottom! I would most definitely go see them again. I would probably even road trip because I like road trips and if they were at the end of a road trip that would be pretty cool.

Absolutely fantastic, they are so talented and generous (2h15 of pure energy) Gogol was also happening at our anniversary and we couldn’t ask for a better night / gift ! Hope to see them again, we would go again and again… Would have liked a merch stand. Lots of Love to them !!

It could have been a great night at M Telus venue. But...Mais...le son était tellement mauvais. Je ne me souviens pas d'un show en salle, depuis 15 ans, avec un son aussi bouchonné. Autant au balcon qu'au rez-de-chaussée. Où était le soundman ? Ça a littéralement gâché notre soirée. Le band s'est donné à fond, comme il a l'habitude de le faire. Franchement, Eugene était déchaîné. Et on comprend son irritation lorsqu'il a balancé quelques doigts d'honneur aux gens du balcon en leur reprochant d'être amorphes. Si seulement il avait entendu ce que nous entendions, il aurait peut-être été plus indulgent. J'ai vu des centaines de shows dans ma vie (c'était mon 5e de Gogol). Jamais avec une sonorisation aussi merdique. La faute à qui ? Je l'ignore. Je constate. Je ne peux croire que des spectateurs ont réussi à faire abstraction de cette piètre qualité toute la soirée en se disant que c'était normal. C'est tu rendu ça le standard au Métropolis (s'cusez-la, ça trahit mon âge) ? Un son étouffé au possible ? Des paroles quasi inaudibles lorsque le chanteur s'adresse au public ? On aurait dit que quelqu'un avait enveloppé les speakers dans du bubblewrap et avait omis d'enlever la pellicule. Je me suis promené partout dans la salle dans l'espoir de trouver un bon spot avec un minimum de treble (pas juste de la base) et de limpidité sonore. Au lieu de cela, on m'a servi un beau cocktail de cacophonie, de discorde et de sons lointains et inintelligibles. Une chance que je connaissais tout le répertoire du groupe ! Ça m'a permis d'anticiper et reconnaître les paroles. Eugene Hutz ont mérité 5 étoiles pour leur prestation endiablée et hautement énergique. Mais la salle se mérite un gros zéro pour sa sono. Ceux qui ont apprécié se contentent de peu... De bien peu.

Performance exceptionnelle de Gogol Bordello, comme d'habitude. Petite salle qui permet un bel échange avec le public. Une soirée que je n'oublierai pas !

It was my second Gogol Bordello show and I would go to see them again tomorrow without hesitation. This has been one of the best live shows I have seen.

Without a doubt, this concert will remain etched in my memory as one of the greatest live performances I have ever experienced.
